"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Access to my room, to casino, and to my vehicle couldn’t have been any better than what is was. The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and were willing to help me in any way. I didn’t spend the extra money to get one of the upgraded rooms this time so my room did have a few things that were a little less than desirable, for instance the pillows were a little uncomfortable to me but I have a very delicate neck to be fair. The toilet was loose so everytime I sat down on it, the thing would move a little and when I stood up off of it, it would bang against the back wall. The internet sucked too but I’ve yet to find a hotel anywhere that does have decent internet. "

"My room was surprisingly clean, I am very picky about the cleanliness of a hotel. They exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious and the shower was amazing!! The bed was comfy enough. The food options are phenomenal! Great variety of food choices and everything I had was beyond excellent! I highly recommend a mocha cappuccino and the sticky bun at the Under the Oak Cafe! It really was extraordinary! I called to the front desk a few times to request some things, their response was beyond quick! I barely had time to get ready to answer the door and they were already there with the items I requested. Their service was the best I've experienced in recent times!!! I recommend this hotel tenfold! I would have liked better ventilation in the casino, it was quite smokey there!"
