Location, it is actually walking distance from the airport and the (delectable) Vigie Beach. At the same time, even the supermarket requires a 10 usd taxi ride. But you don't go to St Lucía to go to Massy, right? The staff, lovely. Trying to make the most of the place. And magnificent views of the harbor and beyond from to 10. Not like: stingy, affection less use of the place. Careless decor, tasteless. Rooms not well equipped: kitchenette utensils look like leftovers from a flood; greasy patina around the one burner stove, not even a lamp on the night table... And so on. Private beach? A joke.

My apologies first for the utensils, which just needed a little elbow grease. We sincerely apologise for the oversight of the staff. We also provide complimentary supermarket transfers for all our guests who need it. I am surprised though that we conversed with you daily and you never once brought any matters to our attention. We would have been more than eager to transfer you to another room.

Staff was excellent and took care of us. Close to Castries. The property looks very rough from outside but there was gorgeous view of the harbor entrance and the Caribbean sea. The studio we had was very functional. You can order a nice breakfast

A affordable and beautiful place to stay.
The place is next to the ocean. I had ocean view. It is 10 mns walking to a beautiful beach. The owner is very helpful. She is there for everything you need.

Loved being able to see and hear the Caribbean Sea from my room. And going to the sunset lounge to watch the water or the sunset was simply stunning. It was perfect. There was no hot water in the shower, and I didn't realize that until I went to shower that night. The water isn't freezing cold, so it was bearable. But I just wasn't aware beforehand. Other than that, I loved everything about my stay and will for sure stay there again. Oh, and they provide breakfast!

Friendliest place
This hotel is not a multi-star modern Hilton but it is the friendliest place, family run and welcoming. It has a fabulous sun terrace over looking the ocean with fruit trees all around. I loved Saint Lucia and all the people we met (except at customs) and this hotel epitomized our stay. We will long remember it.

budget-friendly located close to the Castries regional airport the neighborhood p Is peaceful. walking distance to a beach, public or y can walk down a series of steps to the hotel's rocky beach. Dated rooms have air-conditioning and private baths, though hot water in the shower is sporadic. FREE Wi-Fi. Breakfast available but there's no lunch or dinner service. I. Got my monies worth.

We offer to take our guests shopping. We do not have a free shuttle. We offer to arrange transfers if guests needs it. We apologise if it was requested but there was a no show. There had to a reason. We offered more than once. We provided a 5 am wake-up call, and complimentary transfer on departure and it was again refused. "I prefer to walk" was the answer.

Beautiful view. That's it.
When we arrived, the young grandson of the owners greeted us by saying he wasn't aware anyone was checking in that day, and said he hadn't checked his book for a couple days. No problem, he had our room cleaned and we were able to check in about 30 mins. later. The woman who cleaned our room was very pleasant, had sprinkled rose petals on the bed and made towel sculptures. We were impressed at first. The place is run down, the bed was hard foam, and the pillows had shams on them, no pillowcases. Next morning we tried to take a shower - no hot water, no water pressure; we were told it would be fixed while we were out for the day. Returned at 7pm, still no hot water; now told it must be because it had been cloudy and the one solar panel was not able to heat the rainwater that they collect for the showers. Then we saw a 2 1/2 inch cockroach in the kitchen. They offered spray for the bugs, checked other rooms, which had plenty of hot water. So, we asked for a new room, which they said we could have in the morning. Only problem, it was a smaller room with no view. We switched, and when I asked for a refund for the cost difference, they were appalled and said that now they had to give the larger room to someone who had reserved the less expensive room. We were told that all of the smaller places to stay on the island operated this way, and if we wanted to be guaranteed to have hot water we should go to Sandals. Then our toilet bowl leaked all over the bathroom. Do not stay here!

Excellent Management
The manager really went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of. She upgraded my room (to a suite with an ocean view) gratis, just because I had had a difficult journey to the hotel. She offered me a ride when I was walking back from the beach (there is a nice, safe, clean beach just down the hill). She even drove me to my next destination (across town) because it was raining and catching the bus would have been difficult. I was very impressed with her personable customer service.

Great location and wonder staff
This guest house was located 10 walking minutes from an awesome local beach. There is also a private beach on the hotel property that's great for snorkeling. Rooms are very simple but extremely clean. You have a full kitchen with fridge, sink, stove, pots, pans, plates, etc. Owner was very accommodating and even took us to the grocery store! You will be offered day tours from cab drivers but the owner of this hotel offers cheaper rates for day tours that include meal and entry fees to exhibits. Perfect for travelers who want to experience St. Lucian culture. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also awesome! Amazing views from their sunset lounge or from your room balcony.
