Emily, I want to apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. We take guest satisfaction very seriously and I am upset that your stay was anything besides exceptional. We do offer ear plugs at the front desk for issues such as this however we have not received a complain similar to yours. I understand some people have very acute hearing and I can see how this could effect you in regards to our proximity to the airport. I would love to accommodate your again in the future.
