My new favourite place to stay while in Watertown. This hotel is conveniently located near all the shopping, yet it is just enough removed from the road (and highway) to offer a quiet and peaceful stay. Our room and all common spaces were clean and modern, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the staff is kind and courteous — a special shout-out to Emily, who kindly greeted us and provided a quick/smooth check-in experience.

Horrible upon entering had to track down someone to check me in. Got to my room there’s construction going on so it was quite noisy but was told they’d be done by 6:00 PM. The bed was horrible hard as brick very disappointing, very uncomfortable the AC/heat did not work properly, we’re talking December in the north country so you kinda want heat and the air-conditioning stayed on it wouldn’t switch over to heat when the heat finally came on because it turned it up to 78° got the room warm, then turned it back down but in the night the heat came on but then the air conditioning would come on and the heat wasn’t up that high to trigger air-conditioning very inefficient system. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

Check-in was unacceptable. Room was not ready at 3:35 so we had to drive around for another hour before checking in. It was a very frustrating experience after a long day. If the room was not ready by 4:30 we were prepared to go to another hotel.

This Fairfield Inn and Suites property appeared to me as if it was a brand new Hotel. Its cleanliness was immacuate, the capets were spotless, the elevators worked beautifully, our room was quiet, very clean and extremely comfortable and the breakfast available the next morning was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Your on the top of our list the next time we passs throughthe Watertown area in the future.
