Located just a stone\`s throw away from the stunning Spinola Bay and within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants, and attractions in the area, you couldn\`t ask for a better location. During your stay, you\`ll have access to all the amenities you need, including free Wi-Fi, AC. Our guest will also have access to a communal kitchen. Living Spaces| equipped with a dedicated workspace TV (Connected to the internet). Bedrooms| 1 bedroom with a single bed Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night\`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. For those who prefer to explore on foot, the location of our suites in the heart of St Julians means that many of the area\`s top attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance. With Spinola Bay just a stone\`s throw away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, take a dip in the Mediterranean, or indulge in a meal at one of the many waterfront restaurants. No matter your preferred mode of transportation, our Meridian Suites offer a great base for exploring all that Malta has to offer. Very important notes before booking: \- Many of the language schools are within walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer-term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI. 1\. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3\. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4\. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5\. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7\. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) \- Shower gels \- Liquid Soap \- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) \- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage \- Garbage bags \- Linens for the bed \- 2 Towels per person 8\. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking. 9\. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
