It has incredible, panoramic views of Coral Bay (including a birds-eye view of the Floating Taco Bar-Lime Out), the East End of St. John, the Caribbean Sea & the BVI’s. It offers a private location yet remains conveniently located to Coral Bay and is within a ~10-minute drive of Maho Bay and the beautiful St. John North Shore Beaches. New for 2025!! Villa FantaSea (Previously Villa Lair-a’Mar with 50+ 5 Star VRBO reviews) has been completely remodeled from top to bottom with a painstaking eye on fine design details and guest comfort. Villa FantaSea caters very comfortably to both couples and families with children 8 and older up to a maximum of 4.

The villa is equipped with Solar Panels & Tesla Power walls to provide electricity during power outages. 

Villa FantaSea boasts a FULL HOUSE air-conditioned open floor plan with high-end, comfortable furnishings. The large living area makes entertaining or lounging a relaxing, engaging experience. The modern kitchen features all new appliances, quartz countertops, a gas cook-top dual-zone oven, built-in microwave, dual-zone beverage cooler, high-end lighting, and all of the small appliances, accessories, and dinnerware one would expect.

Each of the two large, air-conditioned Private King Suites features brand new Purple Premier Mattresses and has direct access to the expansive deck and pool area that showcases panoramic views of Coral Bay, the East End, and the BVI’s.

Enjoy the privacy and refreshing water in the plunge pool or soak up the sun in the modern chaise lounge chairs. An outdoor dining area and weber grill round out the alfresco enjoyment. The single-level floor plan provides easy access to all this villa has to offer and the oversize drive with turn-around space is an island rarity. The battery backup from whole house solar and Tesla Walls ensures the fun doesn’t stop when the power goes out.

Amazing Family Vacation

The Villa Fantasea was a wonderful place to call home during our week at St. John. The home is beautiful & impeccably maintained. The view of Coral Bay from the balcony is stunning. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the balcony while looking at the view of the Bay & watching the humming birds fly about. The grocery & restaurants were just a drive down to the main road. The kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated having solar panels & Tesla power walls when the power went out on the island. The guide binder was helpful & a nice compliment to our travel guides. We would love to stay at Villa Fantsea again next time we visit the island.

Stunning home and views of Coral Bay

Villa FantaSea is perfectly suited to 2 couples with comfortable king-sized beds, well appointed bathrooms and a stocked kitchen. We cooked in the home several nights and found everything we needed from olive oil to spices. Highly recommend this property!
