Happy Place Apartment is a gorgeous newly constructed modern one bedroom, one bathroom with sweeping unobstructed views of Chocolate Hole Bay. This is a spacious 780-square-foot apartment. A comfortable, and luxurious feeling. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean right from the balcony. This is a private apartment tucked beneath the main villa. This apartment has a private entrance which is accessed by a stairwell. Offers a full gourmet kitchen, great living room, dining room, queen bedroom suite, and a private deck.

A 7-minute walk to the private beach, minutes from Cruz Bay Town and St John's world-famous beaches. The atmosphere of Happy Place is so relaxing you won't ever want to leave.

A Magical 10 Days on St. John
Happy Place was wonderful. The home is newer, nicely landscaped, and well appointed with Kitchen-Aid appliances and quality dish-ware. With the pull-out sofa, it worked well for our family of four. It’s a short drive to a nearby grocery, the ferry landing, and Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. Parking is ample for both units, which is a huge plus on the Island. The owner provided a small ice-chest, beach towels, and a few chairs to take to the beach - which we used daily. We hope to return next year for another Island Vacation!!!

Unit itself is lovely and very clean & comfortable. View was a bit interrupted by the fact that there is a gravel unlandscaped lawn of sorts that is rather unsightly between the house and bushes. Also the people renting the unit above us decided to thrown watermelon over the edge making it more unsightly. Keys were also not where they said they would be on the very detailed check in documents.

Nice stay, we had a problem checking in. There was not a key in the key box. There was some confusion with the reservation on the property manager part. It took us an hour to get the key. It was an inconvenience, but other than that it was an ok stay.
