Hello Christina, I am very sorry to hear of your issues with your stay. Prior to and during your visit, you were given my contact information as well as that of our on island manager. We never heard of any issues with our internet service, which would have been addressed immediately. We utilize the Love City Community Network which has excellent service and we have had no complaints from guests before or after your stay. Our pool is not heated but we do have a solar cover which we could have easily provided for your stay had we been made aware of your concerns with the pool. A simple phone call, text or email would have resolved that unreported issue. The hot tub is not listed as an amenity for our lower suite guests and to access it, you had to access our main level balcony via a stairway and a gate. In addition, my manager showed you the house along with all amenities available to you for your stay. The hot tub is in a corner to the far end of the property so you clearly sought it out by accessing an area not reserved for your stay. In addition to using the hot tub, it was also left very dirty with sand requiring my maintenance manager the unexpected task of cleaning it and preparing it for our next guests. I simply charged you the fee charged to me for your use. I was surprised to read of your complaints because my manager let me know half way through your stay that they saw you at a local restaurant and you commented that you were having a lovely time. I believe your negative review is solely based on the extra fee for the unauthorized use and cleaning of the hot tub on our main level balcony. Our suite is a beautiful place for those looking for an economical place to stay, it is convenient to Coral Bay and offers a beautiful pool. We pride ourselves in taking very special care of our guests.
