    With access to the balcony the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV, DVD player, ipod dock, radio and panoramic views of Porthmeor beach and the sea. The well equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom has a 4ft 6in bed, great views of the beach and benefits from an ensuite with a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two x 3ft beds. In the main bathroom is a shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. Coin operated launderette on site. Private access to the beach from the courtyard in Summer, weather permitting.


    Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; convector heating.

    Bedding and Linen: Pillows and duvets included; bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
