Hotel under new management, barely any staff available to check in and ask questions. Beds Ok. No Breakfast. Pool too cold to use. Hot tub was nice. Hotel needs some updating. Hotel could do better accommodating disabled guest: toilet too low, grab bar too far way from toilet. Could use another grab bar by the toilet. Our room was as far as the room could be. Luckily had an elevator. Noisy fan for pool outside our room.

no body was there had to call for help to even get in the place the pool was open but god forbid if any body got in trouble there is onbody to help you!!

I did not like having no staff present at the front desk. I was expecting a small breakfast to be included, but there was not. The ice machine on the first floor did not work, so I had to go upstairs for ice each day. I would have preferred a room facing south so we could see the lake. The room was clean. We liked the dispenser in the shower for shampoo, soap, and conditioner. There was plenty of hot water as needed. We like the microwave and refridgerator.

This was a clean room, pillows were nice, hot tub could’ve been hotter, pool was cold, but, understand the time of year (still cold out) we had a big group and were able to stay in pool area and hang out. The owners were not around after 5:00 pm. But left out items such as toilet paper, coffee, cups. Very nice people that ran it (when they are at property)

There was no one at the front desk we had to call a number to get our key, that wasn't so bad but we didn't get our Casino voucher and there was no continental breakfast as advertised. Pool was ice cold hot tub with lukewarm were handicapped and we had to go to the second floor to get ice.

property is run down . walls ar chippped without paint, dresser are chipped & old. wouldn't recomend anyone make reservations there unless owners clean or remodel the place

Made reservations and had to wait for the person to get back before we could check in mold growing in bathroom broken run down furniture bed table chairs outlet that don't work or are in need of replacement limited tv station no way to get to front lobby people using the pool at midnight yelling at each other drunk towels must not have been washed in awhile no soap left in shower

We had a late check in when we showed one room was not cleaned at all dirty bed left over garbage. Other room clie t locked his key in room. When called the number for help was told not their responsibility they do not live close by a d will not be back until morning. No idea what to do...

Worst hotel experience ever. DO NOT STAY HERE
After a long trip with terrible weather, we arrived to find our room keys in a locked box. Staff had gone home. After unloading some items into our room we were locked out of our room. We called several times and were not able to get anyone to come to the hotel and let us in. Keys stop working from time to time and when they do there is someone there to help. This hotel doesn't have people working the front desk after 9:00. If we are locked out of our room because of faulty hotel door, the hotel should consider this an emergency and do what they need to get us back into our room. We had medications, valuables, all of our stuff in the room with no access to it. The manager was very unhelpful, accusing us of checking in late, blaming that for our inability to get into our room. It took several calls just to get them to answer and when someone finally did, they were rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful. I have no idea why there are any positive reviews of this place. It was dirty, smelly, stained carpet and furniture, gum stuck to bedside table, old soap stuck to the tub, black hair everywhere, rusty doors, but the worst of all of it was the staff. There was no apology about the faulty door or that we could not access any of our belongings. We couldn't leave to go anywhere else because they had all of our stuff except what we had on our backs. He told me to go around the building to the front of the hotel and get another key to another room and we can get our things in the morning.

Well it's off season now but it was so quiet a big pool bigger than most motels or hotels have no one was in it the jacuzzi and no one was in it probably cuz there were a lot of people there but everything was nice staff was very friendly everything everything was good close to all restaurants and very convenient right next to the freeway right next to the bridge just in a really great location

The room and amenities were fine for the price. But potential guests need to know this property is NOT STAFFED for long periods of time. So if you require any sort of personal assistance it will not be provided until possibly noon the next day. My son locked himself out of his room during the night and was given access to a key to another room but was told he could not retrieve his belongings until noon. He told them he hoped to leave at 10am. There was no communication so he went to the original room at 12:20 and the door was wide open with all his belongings inside. We are not sure how long it was open. (I am glad he didn't require any medications from his room.) Being locked out a hotel room is a common occurrence. They need to invest in better technology or staff the premises. Certainly someone should be on site by 6 or 8am. If you are going to own a hotel, it should be run like a hotel.

I did not SEE a single staff member my entire stay. I had to call a number to do a self-check-in, even though I arrived around 8:30 p.m. or so; I would understand if it was the middle of the night. The heater did not work, but I didn’t want to call the number to wait for someone to arrive so just went to bed. At 7:15 a.m. I was going to grab a coffee and pastry on my way out the door but the lobby area was locked and unstaffed even though light breakfast was advertised as starting at 7 a.m. Location was good, and shower was hot and clean.

Hotel is very dates. Room had cob webs and stains on floor and ceiling. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. Lobby was closed in the morning. They advertised breakfast however there was no breakfast offered

Can’t expect a lot for two star hotel. Staff unfriendly, though, is unacceptable. Did I pay less because no breakfast? I don’t know. Lots and lots of stains; chairs, bathroom, bedspread.
