St. George Village Botanical Garden Tours and Activities

Great hotel across from the water. The hotel is modest, but clean and safe, and a very short walk to a fantastic beach. The staff (Liz) was super helpful with suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend it and would love to stay again in the future.

There beach is infested with seaweed and gnats while it also reeks of a fish odor throughout the property. The management team doesn’t not answer emails or phones calls after calling 20 times on Monday June 29th I was told by the property manager I would be refunded just for them not to respond to Expedia. Expedia has basically disregarded my complaint despite having photo evidence and multiple customers attempt to get their refund. While I was checking in two other couples thought those conditions were equally horrid and they two have been given the runaround and offered $100 one key dollars. By far the worse travel experience of my life and if you see this property still available you should question Expedia’s business practices.
