The resort was very nice. Really good food ,great staff, Casino within walking distance. Pool was very nice and clean .Updated rooms were very nice. Will definitely go back. Scott the bartender was a great guy and very personal..

Excellent Ownership & Management

My complaint was that I ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. There was no extra roll in the bathroom. And you get two bottles of water the first night but none for the remaining nights. Just seems cheap to me.

I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap. The hallway floors get very slippery because they are in the open and absorb moisture from the air. Be careful. There was a loud clapping sound that was outside of our room randomly throughout the night. Never figured out what it was. Also, there are a few dozen stray cats that live on property, and sometimes fight at all hours of the night. The restaurant is very good. I have Celiac, so there's only one menu item on there that I could eat. So if you have Celiac, or gluten sensitivity so are problems with wheat, be forewarned. There really is no beach at this hotel, so you'll have to drive elsewhere. The pool is very good. Sometimes it was cloudy though. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. The driveway leading down to the parking lot is in really bad shape. The parking lot is okay. A bit rustic like most of the rest of the island. But be careful on the sloped driveway, especially going down. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay.
