Upon arrival there was a used coffee cup in the kitchen. There were not enough towels and washcloths. There were zero towels in the master bathroom. After the first day we noticed a terrible smell coming from the laundry room. There was a HUGE load of laundry stuffed in the washer still wet. There were at least five sets of sheets stuffed to the brim and they were all sour smelling from sitting in there so long. The dryer was also full of a ton of towels, beach towels and hand towels. We pay a hefty cleaning fee, there's no reason I should have to fold and put away laundry. We washed the sheets in three separate loads, as they should have been in the first place to properly clean them and they still have a sour smell. We ended up drying them and leaving them in the laundry room, hopefully the cleaners had something to get the smell out. The kitchen floor under the table was also dirty with crumbs. Perhaps there should be someone that does a final walk through to make sure everything has been properly cleaned. ##### Marleah W. The kitchen is so well equipped with many small appliances (blender, griddle) that aren't usually found in rentals. The home's location is so perfect - just a door down from the fun community pool. We also loved the layout of the home and the upstairs pool table. I highly recommend staying here with your family for a great getaway! ##### Melissa M.
