Great Deck for Spectacular Sunrises in Sports Village

  • Welcome to our little get-a-way in beautiful Southern Utah! This condo is beautifully furnished and is close to a large number of activities. It has has a large 42'' flat-screen TV, washer and dryer, and a nice top-floor deck that has plenty of privacy to enjoy an outdoor meal if desired. There is also plenty of pool equipment for the kids to use during your stay. This condo is located on the top floor with nice views. It is also in a very quiet location in the complex!

    You are also close to our other one-bedroom condo in the same complex, should you need a second unit. It is located at HomeAway 3750411

    The clubhouse has plenty to do for both families and couples. It has a family pool and an adult only pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, play areas for the kids, shuffleboard and plenty of other activities.

    The area around the condo has plenty of shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, and other activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, etc, You can also find almost any type of restaurant or store in the St. George area as well.

    Just outside of St. George, there are 2 National Parks, Zion and Bryce, several State Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam. Tuacahn theatre and Snow is within a 15 minute drive of the condo. There is plenty of hiking, biking, boating and plenty of sightseeing and other activities close by as well.

    This condo is a perfect place for a couple or a small family who are looking for a great stay in St. George. (Please be aware that there are about 8 steps outside and about 16 additional steps inside the building to get to the front door of the condo. This is for our guests that may have trouble with stairs.)

The property is a condo and gave my wife and I plenty of room. The price was excellent compared to hotels in the area. The two swimming pools were refreshing and relaxing with enough chairs around the pool for sunbathing. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

St. George is a great place to stay, lots of restaurants, bars, things to do. We came to do some hiking and sightseeing and St. George was a great home base. The condo its self was great. Nice big bathroom, great kitchen and two comfy couches. The two pools are great. We had a great stay.

We had a great week at Troy’s Condo. It met and exceeded all of our expectations and needs hands down. Troy was very responsive and accommodating with our questions and requests that we had for him. We spent a lot time on the deck, eating meals and enjoying evenings out there. The kitchen was nicely stocked and equipped and the house in general was quiet and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. We would definitely (and hope to) stay here again in a heart beat.

Very homey and comfortable. We enjoyed the Activities in the clubhouse too. I was a little confused at first on how to open the door but we figured it out fairly quickly. Definitely want to visit again.

Nice experience

This trip was was worry free. The property was well taken care of and we had everything we needed. Check in was very easy and there were no issues. Perfect location to all park locations. Very close to snow canyon state park.
