Kitchen is nice, and was well stocked. I was disappointed that the pool wasn't heated as advertised in VRBO though. Hot tub became the kids swimming pool. Place was clean enough, although it appears no one cleaned under couch cushions, checked cabinets for leftover belongings, or under the beds, since I found 3 kids toys, and garbage in the couch media cabinet and under the bed. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission for the first day and a half, but since the HOA hadn’t notified the rental agency, and it was an emergency repair, there was no fault. And our rental agency offered to reimburse if we decided to swim at the rec center. I thought that was very thoughtful. Communication was great and unit was well decorated and stocked. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit.
