They chargeed an extra 15$ to move to waterview for total 184$ for an ugly room that small humidity. It was outside tourist de season. Too expensive

This hotel is WAY overpriced. We stayed 2 nights. They did not make the bed, clean the bathroom or even pick up the dirty dishes and garbage from the room during our stay. We complained to the front desk and they said it was because of lack of personnel and that they posted a note on the counter which we should have seen at check in. The shower needs maintenance. The caulking is coming off a little more every shower we took. Continental breakfast was OK, but not great. Had much better experience at other hotels. Should definitely not be a $205 CDN a night for this kind of place. Was expecting a lot better.

Staff sympathique, belle vue de la rivière, chambre belle mais lit très dur dans la partie motel. Très bruyant dès 6 heures le matin. Déjeuner de base. Pour 200$ et plus la nuit je m'attendais à mieux. Recommanderais pour moin chère.

Everything was Ok, just a couple of details, when we arrived there was just a little soap to wash our hands, and to take a shower, we thought that would be automatically re-supplied but it was not the case. When we left, we couldn't get the invoice in paper, but they told us that the invoice was going to be sent by email, and we haven't still received it.

The property is in a good location on the water close to down town. Staff were onsite 24/7 and were very friendly. Internet was good and the rooms were modern and spacious.
