Welcome to your St. Augustine beach getaway! This newly renovated ground-floor condo is steps from the beach and pool. Relax in the spacious living area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the primary suite with pool-view patio. The second bedroom features bunk beds and a trundle. Washer/dryer included. Surfboards, boogie boards, and beach toys are provided for endless fun!  
  
⭐ Full Condo Access – Enjoy the ground-floor unit with primary suite, second bedroom, living area, kitchen, and washer/dryer.  
⭐ Private Patio & Pool – Covered patio opens to the community pool.

There were several good restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool area. Beach was easily accessible. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Having the beach chairs, boards and toys right outside the door was very convenient. Primary bedroom was nice size. The bunk bedroom was tight with 3 teens/kids but it was workable.
