The furniture was comfortable. Great location beachfront and close to stores and restaurants. Very pet friendly property with s gate on the back patio and designated dog walking area. The patio is nice and spacious and great for dogs for it has a fence and gate which is why we chose it! Another family traveling with us had unit 25 next door which was also nice. Just know there is only a counter bar with stools inside and no table which was fine for us. Big table on the patio.Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the patio much because it was closed for stucco replacement. We learned there might possibly be work that needed to be finished the Wednesday before our trip and didn’t find out for certain until that Saturday we were to check in. We understand maintenance needs to be done but there wasn’t enough time to really make other arrangements. The text communication was courteous and immediate but would have liked to have talked to someone. The owners made it right in the end.Overall, the location, condo and property was great and we would definitely stay here again. I love that St. Augustine beach is dog friendly as well as the condo complex. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family here! ##### Melanie F. Great to find beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs as well as beach toys for our use. Kitchen was great! We will be back. Parking was so convenient since Mom requires handicap parking. The condo was easy to find, right on the beach, and was stocked with everything we needed. Cute decor and responsive owners. Place was very clean and comfortable, I would stay here again! The only negative is that it was on the ground floor where there were several AC units for the building just outside the bedroom I slept in, so it was quite noisy at night. But I just turned on a sound machine and it was fine. You couldn’t hear anything from the other bedrooms. ##### Laura M. Communications with the property manager was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions that made check-in a breeze.The condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The property is close to everything you’d want at the beach but far enough from the hectic crowds of downtown during St. Augustine’s Christmas Nights of Lights, with an easy Uber ride to get there when we wanted to.Spending Christmas here was truly special. We even brought our own Christmas tree to make it feel like home, and the condo was the perfect backdrop for our holiday.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay hope to return.
