Beach Getaway ❤️
This property was the best! We had a great 5 nights as a family of 4. You can walk to everything - the beach, amazing restaurants, coffee shop, donuts, ice cream, the pier, etc! The house was comfortably ready for us, super clean and well stocked. We REALLY appreciated the beach toys, chairs & umbrella! Cannot wait to return! 5 🌟

Perfect!
The house was so nice! Well-stocked, clean and tidy, and truly steps to the beach! Check-in was extremely simple, and they had it ready when we arrived. The owners were very nice & friendly, and even had a few extras like books to borrow that I did not expect. I can't wait until my next visit!

Perfect location
Very clean, updated two bedroom two bathroom en-suite space. Quick walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Had a wonderful week.would come back again.

Seems like they didn't clean the unit from previous visit.
All the bed and sofas were full with either cat or dog hairs. Unfortunately my kids are allergic so we had to leave earlier than expected. Property has a lot of potential (great location, great space and parking). Cleanliness is very important for us.

This is a pet friendly home, as described in the listing. We do offer homes that are not pet friendly, which we always recommend to guests who have pet allergies. All of the linens are changed and laundered after each guest, and the sofa in this home has a slipcover, which is also laundered. If you had reached out to us during your stay, we would have worked quickly to resolve your concerns and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Property was adequate for a 2 week stay. 400 yards to the beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Has a gas grill but no dishwasher.

Property was clean and orderly. As advertised. Great location. A nice thing to add would be a totally fenced in yard so pets have a secure place to run around outside.

Fun Beach stay
David and Robyn are great hosts! Felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beautiful TV with calming ocean life scences playing. The property was better than expected and super close to beautiful St Augustine Beach! Will definitely return to Oceans 13 again.

Location is great, right off the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. Historical St. Augustine is a short drive with everything you would want to enjoy. I would suggest some new beach chairs and perhaps upgrade tvs to hd. No dishwasher.,

Great location. Easy access to dog friendly beach. Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms. Kitchen fully stocked. Host responded immediately with questions in the beginning and then also responded quickly with the minor issues we brought up at the end. Becky really cared if we enjoyed our stay. Convenient location with a fully stocked beach toy chest
I booked this property at the last minute. The closeness of the property to the beach and restaurants is amazing. The house was clean. The kitchen was not as well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. as some others we have stayed at, but it was sufficient. The property manager was very responsive with some shortcomings and addressed them immediately. Also, the house had plenty of beach toys, etc., which was super convenient. It is very conveniently located for beach access and the houses in the neighborhood are well kept also. The only surprise for me is that the building is right next to a big hotel which turns on and keeps lights on all night. The house is equipped with blackout curtains that do a good job. It was not the ideal place for us but I can see how it would be ideal a larger group who want to have convenient access to restaurants and the beach would have a wonderful time there.

Good value and well appointed single story duplex near beach
My husband, son, daughter in law and their 2 girls, ages 3 and 1 spent 3 nights here and we had a wonderful time. The duplex is set up with a bedroom on each end, each with a private bathroom. The bedroom with the king size bed had a shower and a TV in the room and the bedroom with the queen size bed hadms a tub shower enclosure with no TV. The living room seated us all comfortably and the dining room table, even though it looks small was able to seat all 6 of us. There is also an enclosed front porch as well as seating outside the front door. The host also provides a sand bucket and boogie boards and a beach umbrella. The host even had some books and a beach bag for our use, which was very much appreciated! You are on the Oceanside and there are just a few houses between you and the ocean over a little sand dune. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare some of our meals there. There are also quite a few restaurants, a donut shop and places to get ice cream nearby and the Beachside Diner right across the street hasreally good breakfasts and lunches and the prices are reasonable with good portions . All and all, it was a very pleasant space for all of us and it is priced reasonably too!

Summer vacation 2021
We loved our stay in Saint Augustine! For me this was my 3rd time in this general area. Love the location and beach access. The communication was wonderful with our host. There were a few minor problems with plumbing that were fixed within 24 hours. She was upfront about what was happening and kept us informed during the process. We had 6 guests. The only downside was the pullout sofa was a bit uncomfortable for teenagers. I think for smaller kids it may have been just fine. We bought an air mattress after the 1st night. There was a nice beach umbrella and several boogie boards available. Only 2 beach chairs, so we bought 4 more at publix the 1st day. We ended up leaving those chairs for others to use. Id would say if you have 2 couples this home was perfect.

Cozy Cottage!
We came with our adult children as a getaway after a few days at Universal Studio Amusement Park. The house was clean, beautiful and cozy. It is as lso a short walking distance from the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time! The condo was very clean. We could smell the cleaner when we walked in, which is always a good thing!! It’s a quick walk to the beach. We ate breakfast each morning across the street at Beachside Diner. They serve a really good breakfast!

We have stayed here for three years now in a row. It’s a great location and great access to the beach. Becky was great and easy to get in touch with. The only negative is the cleaning service honestly was lacking. Dusty range hood, sand on the floors when we arrived and there was a film on the floor like slippery and they left linens in the dryer. Otherwise a great place to stay.

4 houses from the beach and across the street from terrific restaurants, it was a sweet small beach town feel. Clean pretty place, super comfortable beds and linens, quiet, just 5 minutes over the bridge is old town St. Augustine with all the bustle and excitement, the perfect blend for everyone and so close! Other than the construction going on around the property, it was very relaxing. A nice break when coming back from historic downtown and traffic. Easy stroll to the beach with beach umbrellas and chairs available at property; nice touch. The couch and love seat are in pretty bad shape, both very uncomfortable. The couch on the porch was much more comfortable. Porch is nice, spent my extra time there relaxing and reading. Beds and bedroom furniture good. Kitchen well stocked. For the most part, nice quaint duplex..

Nicely updated, overall clean, great location. Price was very good. The porch was super with lots of light. Inside was a little dark, window blocked in one bedroom and new building blocking window in other bedroom. Would recommend spring clean of drawers and cupboards.

Great beach bungalow!
Our property manager was terrific at communication, the property was exactly as described. A++ for cleanliness and vacation ready (beach chairs, towels and coolers provided). The single story was perfect for our senior family member and pets. Short walk to the beach and great local restaurants if you don't want to utilize the very thoughtfully stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend and return!

Our Laid Back Thanksguving
This year we decided to forego all the cooking and take Thanksgiving on the road. Just the two of us and our pooch, Mickey Mouse. The duplex was perfect. Three houses from the beach. The owner provided everything. From beach towels and boogie boards to condiments in the well-equipped kitchen. Unit A also has a sun room where enjoyed morning coffee. Very roomy living room and comfy beds. There were grassy areas for Mickey to walk, and plenty of places to eat in walking distance. We’re already looking at dates for a late spring trip in 2021.

I don't want to tell you about this place.
I don't want to tell anyone about this place because it will become harder to book in the future. We loved it. The location is perfect. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, and short walk to shopping and (excellent) dining options. It's about 8 minutes to drive to downtown St. Augustine. The place is clean and well kept, but it would not be good for a large group. there are only 2 bedrooms, so I would say it cozy, and comfortable for smaller families, or couples. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise and our afternoons, relaxing or walking around downtown. We brought our dog, and she enjoyed it as well. All in all, it was great and we look forward to returning in the Spring. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay. *One thing to note. There is a grill and sitting area, but the property is a duplex, and the grill area is on one end of the building, so be aware you may be sharing space with other visitors if you plan to grill or sit outside.
