This condo is in the Hibiscus Resort community. It is on the 3rd floor which provides lovely views looking down on the palm trees and the manicured grounds. The condo is a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach, along a well kept and private board walk. The condo has a front and back deck. At sunrise, if it is a clear day, from the front deck, you can look to the south east, you may be able to see the sun sparkling off of the ocean from between the palm trees. The rear deck overlooks the neighboring pool and a partial view of one of the 3 Hibiscus pools. One pool is heated in the winter. The resort also has 2 hot tubs. There is a simple gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, and some weights. The resort has a tennis court that is dated, this is more due to the salt air and the sand that often blows into the court, despite this, many people have enjoyed playing tennis. Condo description: The first bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a twin daybed, and 2 twin mattresses tucked away. Lastly the living room couch has a sleeper sofa with a new queen mattress. All mattresses and pillows have protective covers with moisture barriers. There are 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and tub. Each bathroom is accessed through a bedroom. The bathrooms do not connect. The kitchen has dishes and cookware. Please note that this building does not have an elevator and it is about 20 stairs to get into the condo. The majority of renters do not find this to be an issue. Parking: only 2 vehicles are allowed on the property (per condo). The resort does not allow trailers & campers to be parked at the property. You may park a drivable camper van in a parking space as long as it fits comfortably in a parking spot and does not make it difficult for others to use parking spots next to your vehicle. Lastly, this vacation rental was purchased recently and we have been in the process of fixing it up and replacing furniture. You will find new items mixed with older and the goal is to keep updating this unit. There are 4 beach chairs with back back straps for easy carry and beach canopy. There are still things that we’d like to improve. We realize that this is a work in progress so if you choose to rent from us then I’d love constructive feedback so we can improve for the future. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept. It was the most stocked place I have ever stayed. Beach chairs, towels, toiletries, etc. It is pet friendly and you would never know dogs go there. It smells so clean and nice. The pools, hot tub and beach are all walking distance. The dumpster is super convienent right across parking lot from condo. It has multiple places to sleep and was a comfortable sleep as well. Plenty of beds, mattresses, pillows and blankets. The bathrooms are very clean and well kept. There is a nice little front and back balcony that sat my whole family for amazing morning coffee sits and evening chill after a busy day. Unfortunately the unit needs some attention as it wasn't very clean and the building itself looks to be worn and in need of renovating. We contacted the owner about the cleanliness after checking in. Although there was a quick response and the cleaning crew came back out, it still wasn't completely clean (mildew in the shower, oven was dirty and air vents in bathrooms were filthy.) It was clear that it was only a surface clean vs. a thorough deep clean. Given that we were staying for a week, it made us uneasy. Other items needed attention (such as a loose towel rack in the bathroom and paint peeling in the kitchen and bathrooms). We ultimately enjoyed our stay, but can't in good faith recommend this unit to others given the condition it was in. ##### Amber M. Everything was just like she said and very informative. Location is good and a small walk the beach. This 3rd floor condo had all our family needed! The ac was great with ceiling fans as well. Great restaurants in the area! Definitely go to Parlor Donuts while you’re there! I cannot say enough about Marlene… she was kind and replied fast if we had a question. Great host! Everything was as pictured. Quick walk to the beach and a few steps from the pool! Marlene was very thorough giving up all the necessary info and codes. The location to the pool is soooo great! Extremely close, the beach isn’t too far. The condo had everything that we needed. Location was great, only thing I feel I should mention for reviews is that the parking lot can not accommodate trailers. Not even a small cute 5’x8’ box trailer is allowed to be dropped on the property. We had to find a storage space near by to leave it which was a bit of an inconvenience. But this is not a reflection of the property owner and she was very good at making sure we knew the rules and suggestions for how we could work around it all. Overall our stay was great & we got some much needed R&R. Also I’ll mention that all of the residents that we met on the property were Soooo friendly! People were very helpful and all really nice. Says a lot for the overall quality of the place. We would absolutely visit again cause we really enjoyed ourselves. The stairs are definitely a thing lol This is a 3rd floor unit. The heated pool across the parking lot from the condo was our go to. Walk to the beach was nice. I would recommend bringing your own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Not enough provided for our 5 night stay but there is a couple of grocery stores within driving distance. Very nice TV in the living room area and the furniture is pretty comfortable. Great table for meals and playing games with a good selection of games. Overall good place to stay. ##### Amy S. Marlene made this stay as easy and seamless as possible! She was so accommodating in her instructions as she has answered every question we had. We had an issue with a light that was flashing outside of the condo at night and as soon as I messaged her about it she was ON IT. Appliances in excellent condition including the much needed air conditioning. Pool very close and the beach in easy access. Don't expect to use the outside grills as only one in working condition. Parking for the unit nice and close. Beds were extremely comfortable. Balconies were a great addition. Easy walk to the beach, 3 pools which were never very crowded, sometimes our family were the only ones in the pool. So many good restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. And a big, nice publix grocery very close. And the, owner, marlene. Is so nice and very quick to respond to all questions.
