Waterscape features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, including 2 king beds, 1 twin bunk, and 1 murphy bed, all designed within an open floor plan with ten-foot high ceilings and meticulously crafted interiors. The primary King suite is 680 sf with round windows, freestanding open closets and an incredible ensuite. The ensuite features a monumental Asian-inspired recessed stainless steel soaking tub and overhead rain shower, with a bamboo glass wall and colored mood lighting for relaxing. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. \- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. \- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. It had great places to relax and enjoy some views. However, some features were a bit odd. Master shower had a “hidden” bath that was not very cleanly. Understandably so as the planks covering it were heavy and would not expect cleaning ladies to be able to lift them. HVAC was off. Master room was warm while two other rooms adjacent were ice cold. Pool remote to control heat was not very user friendly. Requested heating of the pool but was told to turn it on via the remote. Remote had dead batteries and understanding how to turn on heat for pool and spa was very difficult. Never did figure it out after a five night stay. Could use a water filter. Would expect a home of this type, and price point, to not have water that smelled of sulfur. For showers and drinking. ##### Christian H.
