This property is close to everything Saint Augustine has to offer including historic downtown (just a mile away), Beach, restaurants and shopping galore. You can't beat this location! The space During your stay, you can cool off in the private pool right beside the screened-in lanai. The inside space is made for relaxation, whether you're diving into a good book, watching a movie or sharing stories from the day. Each room, living room, and patio are fitted with a smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows after a day of exploration. The fully-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare home-cooked meals, and the in-house smoker is ready for those who enjoy a nice surf 'n turf or barbecued feast. Other things to note: \*Room for 2 vehicles in the driveway \*The lawn is mowed and pool and hot tub are serviced weekly. Everything was functional. The bikes were nicely equipped for beach goers. The house decor was not our style and was cheaply furnished. The bedspread was very dirty and all items were worn and outdated. The kitchen had everything but looked like 30 years of a collection of everything.
