The Space:

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is a 3-floor unit. The 3rd floor primary bedroom features a King and ensuite bath and Cable TV, with 2 comfortable swivel rocking chairs with private balcony patio and outdoor seating. The second 3rd floor Queen bedroom also offers a Cable TV and balcony access, as well as a remote workspace to quickly catch up on those emails! There is a studio-style bedroom with ensuite bath on the 1st floor featuring a King bed.
Prepare your favorite meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials and all stainless-steel appliances. You also have access to the onsite community pool! Step outside and find yourself just steps away from the sandy shores, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or a leisurely stroll.
Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Enhance your experience with a sunset cruise, offering breathtaking views and the chance to spot playful dolphins. For the adventurous, rent kayaks, paddleboards, and other watercraft to explore our beautiful estuaries and waterways.
Local favorites include Brewer Beach Rentals, St. Augustine City Tours, Doodle Cruises, North Guana Outpost, and Adventure Boat Tours.

- Noise Disclaimer: Please note that the home is located near a roadway, and guests may experience traffic-related noise during their stay. This is outside of our control, and while we do our best to provide a comfortable experience, we cannot guarantee a completely noise-free environment.
Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Starkey Properties by Portoro homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Starkey Properties by Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both St. Johns County and the State of Florida require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6.5% and the county requires 5%.
- LONG-TERM STAYS: (Snowbird, long-term rental). Contact Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro to discuss if a long-term stay discount applies to this listing. Stays over six months are waived from paying the State and Local Hotel Tax. However, there are additional fees we need to collect for damage coverage and housekeeping. In compliance with our policies for long-term stays, we need to collect an additional cleaning fee for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Your Guest Ambassador will coordinate the cleaning schedule for a minimum of once every 2 weeks. You can request cleanings more frequently if desired. Additional cleaning charges will be sent using a payment request or resolution request, immediately following the cleaning. Your guest ambassador will reply shortly and be available to assist you where needed.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.

Any unauthorized animal will result in a $150 per day, per animal fee, and may lead to reservation cancellation and immediate removal from the Property.

Interaction with Guests:
Wren Beach Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
We follow the CDC Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.

Beach get away
This was our first time at Vilano Beach and we will definitely be returning & staying at Daze. Honestly it was like old Florida and thoroughly relaxing.

Our new favorite place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect- just a short walk across the dunes to the beach. Vilano Beach is a great little beach town with a laid-back vibe. Responses from management to our questions were prompt and friendly. We met the property manager as we were checking out and she couldn't have been friendlier. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful stay
The house was perfect. Everything was clean, check in couldn’t have been easier. Communication was always quick. The beach is steps away with a fantastic view from the deck. The grocery store, a few shops and restaurants are a 5 min walk. If you want to relax this is the place you should go. You won’t “have” to leave the house basically, and when you decide you want to go out it’s 10 min to drive downtown. Everything about this place is just perfect!

Excellent location with lots of space
This was one of the best places we have stayed. The view from the master bedroom was a lot better than I expected - you can see the beach perfectly even without being the farthest out location. The location was perfect if you are looking for a quiet place. It’s just steps away from Vilano Beach and Publix and a few stores and restaurant and just about 10 minutes away from St. Augustine with little traffic. The place was extremely clean and had a lot of beach supplies that I’m assuming others had left, plus it had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The check out process was simple just lock it up! The only thing to be aware of is that the parking situation is somewhat tight right at the property door but there are other spots near the pool. Also, please be prepared to only park one vehicle at the property door.Please note: there are keys when you check in that aren’t really clear what they are for. Plus, my listing mentioned a hot tub but we didn’t find one (we may have missed it). Overall great location and would highly recommend.
