The R Building is one of the last five buildings built in this complex (completed approximately 1999-2000). This also makes it one of the newer oceanfront buildings along this area of the beach. The owners instructions for check-in were simple and clear, everything you could possibly need is already in the condo except for your clothes and your food. The location is steps from the beach and a two minute walk to the pool which is also kept super clean. Rarely have I stayed at a VRBO and not had one negative thing to say this is definitely a place I will tell my friends & family to rent. I would recommend this for families or couples who want a nice quiet safe beach getaway. The complex itself is in a great location many things are within walking distance. Also, the owner Cheryl is very accessible - although we did not need her much because the condo is so well prepared, she was always just a text message away. ##### Alyce S.
