The Space: THE SPACE: This new-to-the-market historic vacation rental at 120 La Quinta Place is located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, FL, just steps from the Ice Plant, Flagler College, the San Sebastian Winery, Treasury, Lightner Museum, famous St. Georgie Street, and SO much more! This home is picturesque - it boasts renovated bathrooms and kitchen mixed with plenty of historic character. Thoughtfully decorated with Henry Flagler's Railroad and Baseball Team memorabilia, there is a treasure on every surface. Now with a romantic event gazebo, absolutely perfect for your small wedding, vow renewal, birthday party or family reunion! This home contains 4 full bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, all on the 2nd floor. The living areas are all on the 1st floor, complete with an antique desk that provides a uniquely cozy experience when 'working from home'. The kitchen is brand new, with a gas range and everything you could need to cook in or grill out and create an amazing meal! The electric fireplace in the living room is lovely all times of the year, and the TV above the fireplace has streaming and Live TV capabilities. There is plenty of outdoor seating within a screened patio to enjoy our wonderful weather, and the neighborhood is home to many St. Augustine locals so it is very quiet and safe. We take great care to decorate the interior and exterior for Christmas and the Nights of Lights season! We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo in Saint Augustine! The home perfectly blended modern updates with the charm of an older house, giving it a unique character. It was spotless and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything needed to prepare meals. The big backyard with games was a great bonus for our family of four. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, we felt comfortable walking to and from downtown activities. The house itself felt like a mini museum, filled with cool vintage touches while still offering all the comforts of home—including super comfortable beds. You won’t be disappointed.It’s a wonderful house decorated with much care every where you look. It was still decorated for Christmas which just beautiful.The kitchen is unbelievably stocked. I can’t think of one thing they did not have there for you. It was very clean and comfortable. You will feel at home instantly.The location is great easy to get the trolley or walk to several restaurants.Dani and the staff were prompt in replying to me if I had a question. We certainly didn’t need anything as they already had it.We had a great time on our trip to St. Augustine and this home was a big part of it. My husband and I stayed in this home for 3 nights to come see the Nights of Lights. This home is so welcoming and so thoughtfully decorated. The owners did a fantastic job. The home retains a lot of historical charm yet is wonderfully updated fresh and clean. The kitchen has all modern amenities and is equipped with all you need if you choose to make a meal at the house. We ate out except for making coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. There are so many wonderful restaurants in St. Augustine, we didn't want to miss. This home has a lot of off street parking for larger groups, a large back yard, front back and side porches. The main level is a nice sized living room with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. It's connected to the foyer so the room is plenty spacious. Then a full dining room, bathroom with a claw foot tub and the kitchen at the back of the house along with a laundry area. Upstairs are the 4 comfortable bedrooms which are all very well decorated. Two of the bedrooms have on suite bathrooms and there is the 4the bathroom in the hallway to he shared by the other two bedrooms. All bathrooms were clean and updated. The host was amazing with communication and the home just welcomed us right in and we felt so comfortable here! They even had the house decorated for Christmas with a tree and lights and wreaths on the outside. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting At. Augustine!
