THE PROXIMITY: Just a 2 minute ride to the St. Augustine Amp (Ampitheatre) where you can see shows from many major bands and artists like John Legend, Iration, Young The Giant, etc and enjoy our Local Farmer's Market every Saturday morning! Just as close by is Anastasia State Park and Lighthouse Park! The Conch House is walkable within the neighborhood, famous for seafood and Reggae Sundays! The St. Augustine beach pier parking lot is only 5 minutes away. You can bike to any of these locations utilizing the available bike rentals companies in the area as well! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated a few minutes to St. Augustine Beach where you can park your car at any of the beach parking lots and walk on. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to drive on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations. SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49\. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). \*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: Lost & found items are only held for 14 days. We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance.
