The Coquina Complex has experienced many upgrades in 2023!
We now have beautiful pickle ball, tennis and shuffleboard courts available for guest.
Our grills are located on pavers just to the left as you enter the complex.
The complex has a new roof and fresh coat of paint.
You will also enjoy the new landscaping throughout the grounds leading out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches.
Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

Great hidden gem. Only about 40 condos right on the beach. Been going here for a while now and just enjoy it immensely.

Like Coming Home

Coquina is a beautifully maintained property and B106 is the perfect condo. Ground floor means easy access and close to the sea means great views out the patio door and the magical sound of the waves. The unit itself was clean, well stocked with blankets, pillows, dishes...all the necessities. Danielle was easy to communicate with and provided accurate and timely information. I cannot recommend Danielle and this property highly enough. We will be back again...real soon I hope.
