Direct beachfront at Crescent Beach, Atlantic Ocean , Matanzas River

Luxury condo is directly on the Atlantic ocean with direct access to walking, fishing, shelling, swimming on beautiful unspoiled Crescent Beach. Located in Boys Work Subdivision of Crescent Beach which was platted in 1900 with 75 lots directly access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway (Matanzas River) . 3rd floor unit (has elevator) with large rectangular balcony overlooking ocean to the east and large picture windows overlooking the Matanzas River to the west. On property gated entry, covered garage,, swimming pool, tennis court, fishing dock on ICW and private beach ramp access. We purchased this beautiful condo from our relative who had not rented it so they added lots of upgrades in floors, furnishings, artwork, baths, kitchens and items not normally seen in a rental unit. We have also upgraded in 2022 to a complete interior painting of condo, new mattresses in both master and guest bedrooms, hurricane impact vinyl windows and sliding doors , new front door and hardware and Larson hideascreen storm door as well as room darkening fabric blinds on both oceanfront sliding doors. Large sectional high quality leather couch in living room with teak entertainment center with 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart television. Bose stereo, ATTFiber Optic Wireless internet and Direct Tv cable, streaming and DVR, password protected wifi an as well as local and long distance phone service to US and Canada. Hardwood floors throughout the condo except in bedrooms where high quality carpet and tile as well as high quality room darkening window blinds and hurricane shutters. Kitchen has the latest appliances with large double door refrigerator/icemaker, induction range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Kitchen equipped with all small appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal if you so desire including dishware, serving pieces, wine glasses, etc. and has several pantries for storage. All mattresses and pillows have fully enclosed zippered protectors for protection from bed bugs, liquids, etc. Master has king size bed with BeautyRest Plush PressureSmart mattress ,32 inch Samsung Smart TV new upholstered recliner, c table and reading lamp and lots of storage in armoire, end tables and dresser with mirror and is carpeted and tiled throughout with private double bath vanity, lavatory and tiled shower with etched glass shower doors and large walk in closet. Guest bedroom has windows overlooking intracoastal waterway , twin beds with Simmons’s Beauty Rest mattress sets, closet, dresser, nightstand full length mirror and door to guest bath with has beautiful tiled shower with handheld shower head (great for kids and handicapped )and lavatory with etched glass shower doors and access door to condo common area. Dining area has beautiful chandelier and large glass table with six chairs with window overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Large rectangular patio directly on Crescent Beach has quality patio furniture and can be accessed from sliding doors from living room or master bedroom. Parking in covered garage and storage unit access with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. for guest use. Truly a luxury condo with spectacular views.

The location of this condo is unbeatable. A full Oceanfront view right off the balcony and from the other side of the condo the view is of the Intracoastal Waterway where we watched dolphins and all kinds of boats. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathrooms are tiny but manageable. There were ample towels and a closet filled with beach and water toys in the covered garage. The interesting area is full of places to explore. Libby was always available and very communicative. We enjoyed our stay here very much and I'm sure we will return.

Beautiful, clean, stocked, convenient condo! The location was perfectly placed in between the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The kitchen was fully stocked to make your own meals and eat on the balcony with an ocean view. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were accommodating and even the couch was a great place to sit and relax!

Amazing Condo in Beatiful Location

Beach walks, sunrises, sunsets, soaring pelicans; a balcony with a view of a beautiful non crowded beach made this one of our best vacations. So many great restaurants nearby & a great location for history buffs. Added bonus: condo is so tastefully decorated with a beach theme & beach gear provided.

Beautiful and relaxing!

The condo was very lovely and comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing from inside the condo and on the large balcony. We enjoyed walking on the beach and going to St. Augustine. We also enjoyed a very informative walking tour in St. Augustine. We would definitely recommend the accommodations!!!

Beautiful Condo, Friendly Host!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and all the furniture is comfortable, especially the king-size bed. We loved the balcony. It was clean and the chairs were great for watching all the dolphins every morning. We have stayed at a lot of condos on Crescent Beach through the years. This is definitely one of the best. We will be back!!!

Perfect Location Beach and Intercoastal

We have stayed in this specific condo for 5-6 times over the past ten years. These condos are located at the narrowest point on the island. You are directly on the beach on one side and looking our back - you are directly viewing the intercoastal waterway. Perfect location. This condo has always been very clean and nice and Owner very responsive. Will definitely go again

Anniversary Trip

Windjammer 305 was a very nice, clean and well decorated condo. Perfect views with balconies facing the ocean front and the inter coastal waterway. Yep you get the sunrise and sunset. Pretty much everything you need just bring your food and clothes. Also great communication with Libby.

The condo was neat and clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The owners were fantastic easy to communicate and quick to respond back. The condo is clean. Everything was just perfect. Can’t beat the beach!

The beach location is fantastic & just a short walk from the beautiful 2 bedroom unit that is equipped with everything you will need! Walking on Crescent Beach is such a peaceful uplifting experience with the sand’s powdery texture making it an easy walk! The spacious balcony provides a great view of the beach & an enjoyable place to relax with very comfortable chairs. My husband was able to sleep comfortably in the king sized bed which is a big plus since most beds are not that comfortable for him with his back problems! We left forward to coming back to this vacation gem!

Awesome Vacation Rental

This is a great condo! The check in was extremely easy and the communication with the owners was A+! We hated to leave. This has nothing to do with the overall rating but we had an individual in a wheelchair. She was able to get in the bedroom doors but was not able to get in the bathrooms.
