completely private 2 bedroom/2bathroom homw with outside shower and firepit.Two bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Full kitchen with all appliances ,dishwasher, double sink,range,full refridgerator with icemaker, coffee maker and microwave.Recently renovated,all new furnitures linens and amenities.Fully fenced backyard for safety of pets and privacy.Large shaded porch.

The house was extremely clean and nicely appointed. It had cozy touches throughout and seemed well maintained. The back yard was fully fenced the grass appeared recently cut. It is in a quiet, rural location with lots of privacy. The location was 20 minutes from downtown and we were able to get an uber without issue. 10/10 - Highly recommend!

Was not what expected

We booked for 4 nights and unfortunately Home was dirty upon arrival reached out to host regarding the sheets on both beds they brought sheets from the neighbor's house. We saw cockroachs in every room of the house including the kitchen. The dishes in the cabinets had food residue on them. The host was helpful with cancelling our reservation we had to find a hotel to finish our stay in Florida.

Simple, but perfect!

Me and my GF stayed with two of our dogs. The backyard is completely fenced in (previous reviews did complain that areas were open, but this must have been fixed, because it was a big concern for us, but we made sure and there are no gaps anywhere in the fence) Perfect distance to go anywhere you want. We did all the touristy stuff and it was worth it. Only downside is actually trying to get ahold of the manager. We wanted to extend our stay if possible and I had reached out days prior to our stay and I never got a reply.

Dog friendly with awesome beds!

We were comfortable in this home with our grown daughter and her dog. Good base of operations for St. Augustine and general St. Johns Co activities. The best parts were the super comfy beds, a country setting and the huge fenced back yard.

Charming house

We enjoyed our stay here. Great kitchen with useable appliances, fenced back yard for dogs, and plenty of space both inside and outside to find a place to relax. As observed by others, the intersection noise can be loud at times, but you are in the county and you do notice the quiet more. We were not overly disturbed by the traffic. Place was clean and tidy and plenty of towels for us. It is difficult to travel with a bigger dog without paying huge pet deposit fees, so we were very happy to find this place which was very accommodating to our pet.

Comfortable Home

This property was a perfect fit for us and our two dogs. Very comfortable. The back yard patio with the outdoor shower, grill, sunny exposure made it a great spot to soak up some sunshine on the cool days. About 20 minutes from historic St. Augustine. Two things: The place didn't have a vacuum cleaner. We bought one at Lowes. The floors were impossible to keep clean otherwise. The noisy traffic. The house is on a busy intersection used all hours of day and night. Personally I would not book during " bike week". I had to use ear buds to block out hearing loud mufflers until 2 am.

House with potential if cleaned properly and professionally

Unfortunately when we arrived the house smelt of wet dog - the smell was so intense that it took us four days of airing the house out and removing all the rugs and putting them into the garage to get it to a bearable state. The whole house could do with a good clean up, we found candy wraps and empty kitchen towel rolls behind and under the sofa as well as a fair amount of dog hair. There were no cleaning materials in the house. The house itself would be ok, if it wasn't for the lack of cleanliness. As for the location the house is quite a way out of St. Augustine which didn't bother us because we prefer the countryside and a quiet surrounding. As the house is situated directly the junction of two country roads (one wirh a stop sign, the other leading directly into St. Augustine) we not only had the noise of passing traffic but also the stop and go of trucks 24/7, which did not make for a quiet and relaxing stay. Overall I am sorry to say we would not stay again.

Nice and convenient

What a nice place, newly remodeled and clean. Only 20 minutes to downtown St Augustine and just a bit more to the beach, but yet secluded. We have family that lives less than 2 Mike's away, very convenient to visit them. Will definitely be back when visiting.

Great experience during our holiday getaway!

We had a very good experience with this house and host! It fit 6 people comfortably, came with many appliances, and was clean. Everything listed on the website was accurate. The host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
