Perched on the top floor of one of Anastasia Island’s most sought-after oceanfront buildings, this corner residence offers panoramic views of the Atlantic and peaceful non-driving beach below. Wake to the sound of the waves, feel the ocean breeze, and enjoy a front-row seat to the natural beauty of St. Augustine’s coastline where sand, sea, and serenity come together.

Third-Floor Residence: La Mer is located on the third floor.

Elevator: Elevator access is available, but operation is not guaranteed.

Covered Parking: A dedicated covered parking space is provided.

Beach Access: Private beach walkover provides access to the non-driving beach.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with premium appliances, French press, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and electric tea kettle.

• Primary Suite: King-size Tempur-Pedic Breeze bed, blackout shades, yoga mat, floor-to-ceiling window, oversized soaking tub, double shower heads, sound machine, and Canopy humidifier.

• Guest Suite: Second king-size bed, plantation shutters, sound machine, and ceiling fan chandelier.

• Outdoor Living: Private oceanfront balcony with endless views of the Atlantic.

• Rainy-Day Entertainment: Board games, puzzles, and playing cards are provided for relaxing, tech-free evenings.

Other things to note
Parking: One guest parking space is guaranteed and labeled DellaSala. Additional public guest parking is available at 10th Street and A1A. Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted per HOA restrictions.

Elevator: Elevator access is not guaranteed. The HOA-maintained elevator is older and may experience occasional outages. Guests who cannot use stairs should not book this home. Refunds or discounts are not provided due to elevator outages.

TV & Streaming: Streaming services are provided; there is no cable. Please log out of personal streaming accounts before checkout.

- HOUSE RULES -

Adults Only: This home is not suitable for children due to delicate furnishings and white walls. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

Minimum Age: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay.

No Pets: Animals are not permitted.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the condo property.

Air Conditioning: Thermostat must remain at 69°F or higher.

Sliding Doors: Please keep all sliding doors closed for safety, humidity control, and mold prevention.

Quiet Hours: All interior lights must be turned off by 10 PM in accordance with Florida sea turtle conservation requirements.

Sonos Speakers: Please do not move or unplug the speakers.

Essential Oils: Please use only the provided oils with the Canopy humidifier and follow the instructions provided.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.
