Recently refurbished to a very high standard. The stylish bedrooms house king beds which can also be configured as twins. Abbey Villa has its own entrance on the ground floor and free reserved parking space as you approach the garden of the property. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor: Entrance hall leading to downstairs WC and to the large open plan living and dining area with large flat screen tv and Sky Q. Luxurious corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on and dining area make this a wonderful space. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is also on the ground floor. First Floor: Master bedroom, which sleeps 2 in a king bed which can also be configured as twins, fitted wardrobe chest of drawers and flat screen TV equipped with Sky Q. A second double bedroom with twin beds which can also be configured as a king, has ample storage. Handtowels needed! The rooms are well-equipped, clean and free from clutter. The TVs are of a good size. The cottage is very dog friendly and has a small garden. There is a dedicated parking space. And the cottage is in a quiet location but just 10 minutes walk from St Andrews shops, restaurants and cafes. Staff were very helpful in answering booking queries before arrival. Highly recommended!
