However, I regret to highlight that the condition of the dormitory washrooms falls significantly short of the hotel's otherwise high standards. Despite providing multiple rounds of feedback and raising concerns on several occasions, the issues remain unresolved. The washrooms continue to be untidy and poorly maintained, creating an unpleasant experience for guests. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action to bring the washroom facilities up to the level of quality that the rest of the hotel exemplifies."
