Terms:
Rent of $1600 that includes all taxes and fees for housekeeping and booking. No pets.
Reservation deposit of $800 and security deposit of $500 is due when booked, balance is payable one month before reservation.
Cancellation up to fourteen days before your reservation and get 50% refund of reservation deposit and 100% of security deposit, after that reservation deposit is nonrefundable.
Arrival after 4 PM, departure before 11 AM
