We were directed to their new apartment complex at 29/5 Albert Place, Colombo 3 on the pretext that Harmer's Avenue, Colombo 6 was their office. We learned later on that Harmer's Avenue was full and that is why we were re-directed.
They had not provided towels, toilet paper or soap in the bathroom and no coverlet for the bed.
We feel that Hotels.com should refund some of our money for the inconvenience and discomfort we suffered on our first night in Sri Lanka.
This procedure is a bad advertisement for the hotel.
