The communicated with us on a daily basis. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Mercy Hospital . Everything was extremely clean. The beds were comfy. We had everything we needed to cook family meals. The gas grill outside was a big plus! The property has a fenced in backyard which was nice for our dog. Our 12 year old dog (who doesnt do well without us at her age) did great in the backyard. The bunk bed was great for the 3 boys. Keep in mind that the rooms are good size, but the bathroom is a little tight for a family our size. But everything was clean and the host was super responsive. We spent the weekend visiting the Bass Pro Shop Aquarium and the Laura Ingles Wilder homestead. We also visited Fantastic Caverns. Everything was spotless inside and the back yard is huge, plenty of space for my daughter's dog to run. The place is centrally located, but in a quiet neighborhood.
