Quiet & cozy loft apartment only minutes to downtown Springfield and U of O.

This cozy unit is located above the family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within minutes of downtown Springfield and the U of O. The upper story is assessable from the side of the main house via stairs. There is a deck at the top with an outdoor love seat to enjoy your morning coffee. It sleeps-4 with a queen bed as well as 2-comfy mats for kids. (kids stay free). The 2nd room has a queen as well.
So just to clarify, if you have 4-adults and 2-kids, you do not pay extra
Amenities include an under counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, & Keurig, as well as a washer and dryer. It DOES NOT have a stove.
Parking is near the stairwell.

My family of 5 stayed here while we moved our daughter into U of O for Freshman year. It was in a nice neighborhood, was clean and had the cutest decor, and it was easy to get to the college from the house. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. All in all a great stay! Thanks so much.

Comfortable and great location!

We visited Eugene to attend events at Hayward Field. The location was perfect for this. The rooms were exactly as described, with many cozy touches. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would gladly stay again!

Burns review

We had a great stay! Debra and Mark were fantastic hosts. The loft was perfect for our family. There is more room than you think in this loft. It is well decorated and very clean! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We were in town for the Nike Outdoor National track meet and the location was very convenient for getting back and forth to Hayward Field. We highly recommend this loft!

In town for a big game

Traveled from New Hampshire to stay at Deb and Mark’s for the Oregon vs OSU game. This was an excellent find as the hospitality couldn’t have been better. Deb and Mark were excellent hosts, even providing water and ice on check in and every small thing in between at the rental. Deb was very responsive from booking to check out, and we couldn’t have hand picked a better place to spend our first trip to Eugene. Thank you Deb and Mark for everything!! This was a lovely place for us to stay while we were in town for a game, the hosts were amazing and gave us the best experience we’ve ever had while staying in someone else’s home. They go above and beyond what you would expect from a host, which also included shuttling us to and from the game. Very nice couple. This place deserves 10 stars out of 5 and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing hospitality

Fantastic Host and Rental

The host, Debra, was so responsive and helpful. There was a hiccup on the VRBO side with entry instructions and she was right there to help, let us in, and show us around. The rental was cozy, but just as described in the post, so we knew what to expect. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about the hosts! They were so kind and generous before and during my visit. I was traveling alone to see my daughter complete in the track and field USA’s, and felt safe staying w Deb and Mark. Prior to my visit my dog was attacked by another dog and they were willing to allow me flexibly w my timing and they would waive the “no dog” policy if I wanted to bring my injured dog. I didn’t bring her, but felt touched by their generosity.
