Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. THE LIVING AREA The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console. FULL BATHROOM Fully-stocked Bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. PARKING We will give you 1 assigned driveway parking on the left side of the driveway. There are also ample street parking for extra 2-3 cars. REMOTE WORKING Fast 500 Mbps Wi-Fi, easily fast enough to make hosting an online meeting or sharing a large file with clients or colleagues easy. Guest access You have access to the entire studio on the left side of the property with your own gated yard, 1 assigned parking.
