This stunning waterfront property boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The house comes with a pool table, foosball, kayaks, bikes , grill, and a heated pool ($25 per night additional). The pool heating is typically available from mid-October to mid-April, though colder days may affect the temperature. With delightful amenities and a prime location, this vacation home promises a memorable stay for the whole family. \- The home will sleep up to 13, but we do not permit anymore then 11 adults. \-Guest must be 25+ to book \-Guests will have full access to the home \- 4 bed, 4 bath \-Keyless entry \-7 min drive to Roger’s Park which is a man made beach along the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee River \-12 min drive Sun West park with a huge inflatable obstacle course \- 12 min drive to Pine Island open to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Bedrooms \-Master Bedroom: king, bathroom \-Second Bedroom: 2 queens \-Third Bedroom: king \-Fourth Bedroom: Queen with Twin Bathrooms \-Master Bathroom: standing shower \-Second Bathroom: combination shower tub \-Third Bathroom: standing shower \- Fourth bathroom Stand up shower Need to Know \-Pets are strictly NOT allowed- Service animals should be mentioned at the time of booking \-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance and another on the northeast corner looking to the backyard. \-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID within 24hrs. \-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than) Essentials: \-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use. \-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay. \-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware. Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment) Note: Pool heaters ($25 per night additional) run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Very spacious, clean, and the kind of place that makes you not want to leave. I was initially nervous that we had to pay outside of VRBO as in my 10 years renting, that has never happened to me. Furthermore, even after our last payment when I received an email receipt, the VRBO app still showed we owed money. That made me nervous, but apparently is how it’s done sometimes (I called VRBO to be sure). The “starter” supplies were a lot more than you usually get and I’ve never seen a rental stocked with so many spices! We did a lot of cooking and although there were plenty of pans, utensils, serving bowls, etc we really could have used a casserole dish or two as well as some containers for leftovers.I would stay in this property again in a heartbeat. The location was great, the pool was beautiful, the bikes on property were fun to take a bike ride but the best part were kayaking, and hanging out down stairs and on the lanai. Alan was super responsive ahead of our visit answering questions and during our visit with tips and info. We visited as 3 families with elementary aged children. We thought that we might visit the near by springs or take mini trips, but our kids loved the dock way too much to leave. Fishing was a big hit. They also loved the included kayaks to paddle down the canal. The grown ups enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and fun "garage door" bar next to the pool. There were 11 of us all together- 7 adults and 4 children. We had ample room to spread out in all the living spaces. The furniture was very comfy. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen. The pots and pans were in great condition. Usually they look like the cast offs you don’t want to use anymore. But they had a plenty of dishes, glasses and silver for all us on the nights we stayed in. The pool area was awesome. Our kids loved it! It’s a great shape and plenty big. The furniture and area around the pool is fun. And, for families with small children like we had, the entire pool area was fenced in for safety around the canal. The kayaks were an added bonus. Everything was very clean and communication with Alan was excellent. The grill wasn’t working and, and when I let him know, someone was out the next day with a new one.
