« The pet-friendly rooms were noticeably worse than the standard rooms. They had a strong odor, there was dog hair throughout the room, and the overall condition and cleanliness were much lower quality than the non-pet rooms. If you’re traveling with a pet, I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing. »

« Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location. »

« Our room wasn’t super clean - as there was a used bandaid on the bed & a lot of crumbs/debris/dust on the mattress. I get that’s not an every time you clean thing, but it should be enough to not get that bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned daily (4 day stay), which maybe that’s their policy but I didn’t see that posted anywhere. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels & wash cloths. The bed wasn’t comfortable to me, but my kids didn’t complain so that may be a mom in her upper 30’s thing. The location...

« Looks like new bathtubs and toilets and a fresh coat of paint. However we couldn’t close the drain in the tub to give our baby a bath. The hallway smells bad. And the lights in the bathroom flickered nonstop while on. But it felt safe and good for the price. »

I've got there with my family at 2 am after a sport event in the Kansas city Stadium and they told me basically that they sold my room after I paid it with anticipation on Expedia and they didn't have nothing for me.
