"Staff was helpful. a/c was terrible. The a/c unit was in the living room area and they had a small wall fan blowing a little air into the bedroom. The a/c also kept cycling off and we had to restart the thermostat every hour or so. Room had good fridge, stove, and sink. Wish the coffee maker was a Keurig but had to use the little packets they provided instead. Pool area very nice."

"beautiful resort that needs a little bit of TLC. Chipped paint and exposed wood on the sliding doors to the decks/balconies. Bathroom vent fan covered with dust. Pool umbrellas need to be updated, had to fight with them to get them open and often took two people to figure out how to open them, finally had to call staff member to get them open. Wasn't just me ,witnessed this several times. Aside from that, staff is amazing and friendly, location is very good with beautiful views, Golf courses are in great shape. Girlfriend said the spa experience was very pleasant. Would stay again, but guys, PLEASE get new pool umbrellas!"

"Didn’t get to eat breakfast. Coffee was not fresh early in the morning. My room was ok, needs a lot of work cosmetically. Toilet was leaking, shower curtain couldn’t stay closed while taking a shower, mold on walls. AC was ok, loud"

"I like the easy access shoulder. The room was clean and well arranged. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. This was my second stay and when I am in Tucson l will stay again."

"Property is clean. Customer service was excellent the surrounding area was Quiet. comforter in blankets, along with towels,could be upgraded, but excluding all of that slept very comfortably on the mattress. We were well taken care of."
