"Our room was so dirty. There was old food and half drank coffee cups left behind in the fridge. When we opened the couch to use the couch bed there were dirty tissues all underneath that we had to pick up. There was old food and cough drops under the curtains and of course our baby was finding everything. Also our curtains had gross stains on them that looked like urine. The room looks pretty but it’s like a bandaid on top of old and dirty furniture. It was also frustrating to not have extra bed linens or pillows for our room even though we put the correct amount of people staying. So we had to walk up to the front and find them late at night - because no one answered the phone up front. So that was frustrating. It was just overall not a great stay and felt so unclean. The pool was nice. "

"Short answer: would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend this motel 6: No. But did I die? No. The small details: The gentleman that checked me was very pleasant. The first room he gave me and 2 young kids smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I also had other concerns like the window screen being broken, looked like forced entry. The room was very basic (nothing on the walls at all or an ascent wall), had a very small old tv and very very small bathroom. We let the at the counter know and he switched our room right away. This room was a few doors down from the first room, didn’t have a smell, bigger newer tv but the floor was really dirty. I just told the kids to wear their shoes at ALL TIMES, which we kind of do anyways at hotels but this was a mandatory situation. The pool was a plus but a bit too cold to go in at the beginning of March. The night front desk guy was a bit rude. The parking lot was almost full when I got back in the evening and a truck was double parked closer to the entry door of my room. I informed him and he said he would contact them….. he did not even go out and look at which vehicle, all while he seen me walk in through the lobby carrying my sleeping 2 yo. and 8 year old girls from the opposite side of the hotel as room, then I had to walk back out and lug the ice chest back to the room since there was no refrigerator in the room. Beds slid clear off the frame, I have the bruise to prove it. Overall maybe as a last resort I’d stay"

"Had to wait to check in as the desk staff was away from front desk. My room had hot water in bathroom sink, but I had the shower going for 15 min. and never got any hot water. There was no rubber mat for the shower tub and the tub was slick.The complimentary breakfast was make your own waffle or toast, bagels or bite-size muffins were available. The orange juice and lemonade was not available. There were 3 yogurts in the refrigerator at 8am and I did get one of those. No eggs or breakfast meat. When I went to check out at 9am the desk person was somewhere else in the building, so I couldn't report that there was not hot water in shower. I finally just dropped my key in basket and left."

" Very accommodating. Noisy— narrow halls and lots of sound creep from housekeeping and other guests. Easy access to Hwy 10. Given the number of hotels in this area, I thought this was a little pricey for basics but then I wasn’t in the other properties. I liked the automated window coverings."
