"I have stayed here every year for Bloomsday and this year was horrible. I arrived at 4:10 to check in and was told they were behind on getting rooms ready due to being fully booked and would text or call me in about an hour for my room. I finally went back 4 hours later because I hadn’t received a call or text and they said my room just became available. I was very upset because I wanted to relax once I checked in which was supposed to be at 4pm not 8pm. They apologized and that was it. I don’t feel I shouldn’t have to pay for a room I couldn’t even use when I reserved it. Completely disappointed in the management for not seeming to care. I was so exhausted I wanted to cry."

"The room was decent. It was pretty noisy when trying to sleep, but that was understandable. Pool and hot tub too crowded for us to want to go in. "

"I enjoy this hotel with a really nice restaurant and bar. The rooms are very cozy and clean. Its a little on the older side and could use some updates but overall a very comfortable stay."
