The bathroom has upscale features and the kitchen is nicely equipped to do basic cooking. The location is great, close to the Centennial Trail and Gonzaga University. Jake is very friendly. The only problem we had was that we reported that the wi-fi wasn't working when we checked in and it was 18 hours before the problem was addressed.
