The property was very clean and had everything needed for an extended stay. The view off the balconies was beautiful. Very easy access to the downtown area.
Great space in a nice location. Kitchen was incredible and fireplace very cozy. Awesome place with plenty of room. Convenient to downtown and highway. Communicative hosts and very helpful.
The condo was amazing! It has an incredible view of the trees and bridge. The art work is stunning and the beds were very confortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and when we couldn’t find a toaster-the land lord brought one right over. Highly recommend staying here—it’s a treat!
Such a wonderful place! Very clean and so many extras. The view is beautiful and the hosts are friendly and great to work with. I will definitely be back again.
The Penthouse was lovely and very convenient for getting to and from the airport. Our host was very responsive, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
We traveled from Bellingham for our daughter graduation . We needed 3 bedrooms and were so happy with the penthouse . Its beautiful view and the gorgeous art work and spaciousness was a real treat to us . Great parking , walk to good restaurants and coffee shop. We would definitely stay again!!
What a great place to relax and enjoy Spokane. Fantastic views from the deck, beautiful interior and we especially enjoyed sitting around the fireplace. Kitchen was fully equipped and lovely appliances. Beds were comfy - and there was a bathroom for each bedroom which made it very nice. You're five minutes from downtown and a quick drive to restaurants. THANK YOU!
The Browne's Addition Penthouse is spacious, attractive, and very well furnished. The beds are comfortable. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The photos on the website are accurate. As they show, the condo has wide west-facing windows with a pleasant view from the dining room and kitchen. One thing especially appreciated (because many places ignore this) is that the sitting areas in addition to being comfortable have lighting adequate for reading. And, there are bedside reading lights. Communication from the host was prompt and courteous. The location was perfect for us. It's a five-block walk through a park to the northeast to one of Spokane's best restaurants, as well as a to a nice neighborhood cafe. During the season there's a good farmers' market in the park on Saturday morning.
This is an unassuming, yet stunning rental. From the outside it looks like an average apartment. But open the front doors and it's like...Wow!Rarely do VRBOs live up to their photographs. This one does! The property faces west on a high bluff overlooking Latah Creek. There are windows with views from every room. From the front door, you enter a great room. There's a fireplace area with seating for 6 straight ahead. To the left is a kitchen and dining room. To the right is a library/office.On one end there's a master suite with walk in closet, sauna, and a large tiled shower. On the other end of the penthouse are two private bedrooms, each with a bathroom! The penthouse was designed for entertaining. The great room could easily hold 20 people. There's original art on the walls, the bookcases are filled with books on philosophy, art, architecture. The kitchen was designed for a chef. It has a Wolf gas stove/oven, granite countertops and island. All of the cookware and appliances you could imagine (cast iron skillets, Dutch ovens, splatter screens, even a Kitchen Aid mixer), spices, herbs. Keurig coffee maker. Plan to eat in here! An excellent grocery store is 3 blocks away. There are two balconies, so everyone can take in the view at the same time. Carport parking for two.Caveats: there is one flight of stairs up to the penthouse. It may not be suitable for toddlers. There is considerable noise from trains and traffic and a noticeable homeless presence nearby.
Amazing experience all around! Host was very informative and helpful. Easy check in and check out instructions. Beautiful space. Beautiful views. Great location (close to grocery store/gas/downtown). Highly recommend the museum down the street. Would stay here again for sure!
This place has it all. We couldnt have used all of the amenities in the time we were here. They have everything for cooking and the views from the balcony are amazing. The fireplace and sauna were also a nice touch for a cooler fall day.
