Anything we asked she responded right away and was so gracious and accommodating! We usually wouldn’t let our infant grandkids on a strange floor but this place was so clean that we had no worries. While on a busy road, it really didn't affect much noise-wise, but made it convenient to some local spots. Its location was near the interstate, so easy access into Idaho or downtown Spokane. There is some road noise but we used the white noise machine in the bedroom and slept fine. It was convenient location to family in Nine Mile and baby shower in Spokane.
