TOP LOCATION Downtown Split City Apartment with A/C in each bedroom & kitchen

Downtown city apartment for 2-3 persons located in the center of Split, only 100 meters from the Split old town and the World famous Diocletian's Palace, both listed as UNESCO world heritage sites.

The apartment (50 square meters) has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony where you can relax yourselves or smoke as it is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed.

The large bedroom is equipped with an extra comfortable king size double bed meanwhile the other bedroom has one comfortable single bed. The accommodation is ideal for 2 or 3 persons and recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the city center but outside the crowded and noisy area of the old town.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, grill toaster, kettle, "Moka" espresso machine, squeezer, plates and glasses, cutlery and all other kitchenware and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with toilette, bidet, shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning / heating in each bedroom and in the kitchen (overall 3 A/C units), WI-FI internet connection, satellite and cable TVs with international channels. Linen, bed sheets, towels, toilette paper and cleaning utilities are all provided and included in price.

All mayor attractions in Split as well as the Port of Split, the bus and the train station are within 5 minutes walking, approx. 200-300 meters from the accommodation. The city sand beach Bacvice is also within 5 minutes by foot from the house. The apartment is located on the first floor of a smaller residential building ia a quiet and safe area.

PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER (28 KM) AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST - ADDITIONAL COST 30/50 EURO in one direction - payment in cash to the driver upon arrival at the address.

The apartment was wonderful and well equipped. Great location and easy access to public transportation and the Old Town. Umberto was a very gracious and welcoming host. Great place to stay

Very clean and convenient to walk to the centre and bus stations. Well equipped apartment, with ample supplies of everything you need. Tanja was very helpful and welcoming, going beyond anything that could be expected. We have never come across such thoughtfulness and kindness in any property rentals before.

everything was perfect. the host was very nice, we got plenty of food and wine on the first day.the apartement is spacious and clean and very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom utensils. the location is great, only 5 mins to the palace and its quiet at night. a supermarket and dm is right at the corner.

Wonderful apartment!

This is a spacious, clean and well kept apartment, within close walking distance to Old Town and the waterfront. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Tanja was fantastic - she explained everything and gave us great tips for trips, etc. She was available to us at all times. I would definitely stay again if we return to Split.

Nice apartment in the center of Split

Our stay has been very pleasant and peaceful and the apartment was very comfortable. The only thing we could say is because there is no living room only balcony there could have been more comfortable chairs both in the kitchen and on the balcony. Otherwise everything was perfect and we recommend this apartment. The host was excellent and helped us in every way.

Mes amis et moi avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement d'Umberto et sa compagne ! Nous étions 4 et avons pu cohabiter sans aucun soucis (chambre très spacieuse, moderne, literie très confortable, salle de bain agréable, petite cuisine fonctionnelle et petit balcon/véranda suffisant). Etant sur place pour 7 jours dont 4 de visite et 3 de festival, nous recherchions un logement proche du centre ville, de la plage et du stade : l'appartement d'Umberto se situant exactement là où il fallait : 05 minutes du centre, 10-15min de la plage et 20 du stade. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont su nous indiquer des endroits pour sortir, se balader et manger. A disposition à n'importe quelle heure, il est très facile de gérer les horaires d'arrivée et de départ avec eux. Encore merci à vous et peut etre a bientot :-)

Nous avons réservez un appartement pour 10j au centre de Split,certes un peu bruyant mais très bien situé; L'appartement est bien équipé,climatisation,Wifi et lave linge. Le propriétaire Marko est hyper disponible des votre arrivée et vous pourrez découvrir que le garage en sous sol peux etre negociable;bref,c'est un bel appartement propre et bien équipé à quelques minutes de la vieille ville,des commerçes et du parc Marjan. Vous pouvez y aller sans craintes. Famille Cheguettine from Anneçy-Haute savoie-Ete 2016.

Accueil très sympathique proposant tous les renseignements pour parcourir la ville de Split. Appartement idéalement situé dans une rue au calme, dans une zone (parking) gratuite. En plein centre et à 2 pas du Green market. Appartement très bien équipé. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix à cette période de l'année (Paques). Un vrai bonheur

Un vrai bonheur Appartement qui répond point par point à l'annonce . Propreté irréprochable, très calme, literie digne d'un hôtel quatre étoiles, tant sur son confort que par sa taille . L'accueil du propriétaire, Umberto est remarquable. Cet homme est d'une affabilité exemplaire et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Il est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à notre arrivée (19h20) et nous ramener pour le départ (7h30) de plus nous a imprimé nos cartes d'embarquement pour le retour, tout ça gratuitement. Nous louons des appartements par Homelidays depuis 10 ans toujours satisfait, mais nous n'avons jamais aussi bien reçu. Nous avons des compliments à faire sur cette location que, vous l'aurez deviné, nous la recommandons chaleureusement à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir cette belle ville de SPLIT et ses environs. Le lieu idéal

Voilà un appartement qui ne déçoit pas par rapport à l'annonce! d'abord il est très bien placé, tout près du centre historique, du grand marché, des moyens de transport, bien que tout puisse se faire à pied. Et surtout , il est remis à neuf, agréablement décoré, lumineux, calme, confortable (excellente literie) et d'une propreté remarquable avec un abondant linge de maison. Enfin, Umberto, le propriétaire est une personne fort sympathique, qui connait bien la région, et qui a su se rendre disponible pour nous donner des informations, restant sans cesse en contact avec nous. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, y retourner , car nous avons adoré Split, et cet appartement a contribué au charme du séjour. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Appartamento appena fuori il Palazzo di Diocleziano quindi centralissimo ma assolutamente tranquillo. Ottima esperienza di check in-out con Tanja moglie del proprietario che ti accoglie personalmente e calorosamente .Struttura pulitissima colorata fornita di tutto compreso i teli mare! Mitten im Geschehen

Das Apartment entsprach der Ausschreibung, war sauber und gepflegt und Dank Tanja haben wir alles Wissenswerte aus erster Hand vermittelt bekommen. Auch bei kleinen Problemchen war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage super am Rande der historischen Altstadt, alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Great apartment close to centro

The apartment was in a real Split neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the Green Market, Palace, and Ferry port. It was clean and pleasant. Tanja, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. She also booked our airport pick up for us. That all went well and was very much appreciated. We enjoyed dining at nearby restaurant Šug.

Schöne, geräumige, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr nah an Altstadt und Hafen.

Großzügige Wohnung in normaler Wohngegend, supergut eingerichtet. Wir haben selten eine so komplette Küche erlebt! Altstadt und Hafen sind nur 10-15 min.zu Fuß entfernt. Tanja hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps begleitet, sehr nett. Wir waren mit dem Stadtbus (fährt nicht unten am Hafen ab, sondern weiter oben, zu Fuß nicht weit) in Trogir und mit dem Katamaran in Hvar, Beides sehr lohnend. Großen Dank an Tanja und Umberto!

De woning ligt net buiten het centrum in een rustige straat. Het is een klein appartement op de eerste verdieping. Schoon, mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. De zorg van Umberto en Tanja (de eigenaars) voor hun gasten is heel erg goed!

Spalato (Casa Vacanza 1041738, TOP LOCATION Appartamento nel centro di Spalato) Descrizione e fotografie dell'annuncio corrispondono appieno all'appartamento. Da non sottovalutare la posizione: la prossimità alla spiaggia, al porto, alla stazione degli autobus locali e di lunga percorrenza, ma soprattutto l'essere inseriti in un contesto cittadino vivo, autentico, di colore "locale" (come non essere affascinati dall'atmosfera mattutina del green market?), popolato e non solo da turisti. Al descrittivo dell'annuncio si devono aggiungere la funzionalità e la cura dei dettagli. Lovely property, great location and very attentive hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment very close to all the amenities. Well located only 100m from a local supermarket with the Green Market only 5 mins away and the Old Town and harbour the same time again. Although centrally located, the location was very peaceful and we had no issues with external noise. Despite high temperatures in the mid 30s, the apartment remained cool thanks to an excellent air conditioning unit. Indeed, the apartment was very well equipped and we particularly appreciated the large comfortable bed. Tanja was an impeccable hostess who made every effort to ensure our vacation was enjoyable. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent with Bakra a particular favourite - very lively during the World Cup! We also appreciated the recommendation of a direct taxi to the airport which we thought was good value at 30euros particularly as Josko, our driver, took safe delivery of our baggage on the final day as we had a late flight. We enjoyed visits to Brac, Trogir and Hvar Town which was glorious - only 1 hour by catamaran - make sure you take your swimming trunks! We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family and certainly we would not look elsewhere if returning to Split. It more than exceeded our expectations..
