Good, not great. Views not as good as advertised
Hotel is far from tourism areas. No restaurant, bars, or attractions nearby. Rooms were very clean. Mine was fairly small, but with balcony. Even from high floor, looking towards water view was less than expected. Service at restaurant was fantastic, but menu limited and quiet expensive.

Fabulous hotel with amazing rooftop pool, spa, sauna and bar. Heaps of lounge chairs to chill and enjoy the view. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome location and fantastic staff. Loved everything!

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Nice roof top pool, not very big or many sun beds but managed to get one ok. Towels supplied. Lovely big room. Good choice of hot and cold for breakfast, will cook you omelette or fried eggs fresh. 20 minutes walk into the old town. Great underground car park with life straight into hotel.

Very nice property with great breakfasts, a nice rooftop pool and 7th floor spa, clean room, and walkable or a quick taxi ride to the old town area. Staff was also very friendly.

Located within walking distance to old town, in a quiet area, but there are lots of high rise blocks of flats so isn't a pretty area. The roof top pool, hot tub and bar are really nice. The staff were friendly and professional and the room very comfortable. They need to throw away torn bath robes, as mine was dreadful. The transfer from the airport is good value and the driver was excellent company.

Beautiful hotel! The area around the hotel is a little rundown but the property itself is lovely and feels safe. Dining options in the area seemed a little limited. The staff was very helpful and it was wonderful to have parking onsite.

As an Expedia gold vip member I was guaranteed a Late check out. This was not honoured despite showing them the email confirming this. They were aggressive every time I mentioned this to them. Eventually they gave me an hour late check out after various discussions with them. I would rate this hotels facilities highly and their customer services terribly

Great hotel with excellent service. Staffs are friendly and polite especially Jelena. We accidentally poured half bottle of water on the bed around 11pm and Jelena helped us to replace another mattress so that we can have a good sleep that night. Hotel is 15 minutes walking to the old town and I notice this hotel is the meeting point of some excursions. Breakfast is good also and you can relax yourself in the outdoor pool on the top floor with jacuzzi and sea view. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Split instead of hotel in the old town unless you like noisy all the night.

I really like this hotel. The staff was always very professional and nice. I have no complaints regarding the staff nor the cleaninness of the hotel. love using the sauna and pool after a along day of activ ities. The only thing i did not enjoy at this hotel was the restaurant. The food was ok but nothing special. It is a bit pricy for the quality you get :(.

Amazing pool and rooftop area
Amazing rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking Split. Nice chairs for sunbathing. The hotel reception and rooms are also really nice. Staff were helpful and accommodated late check in and late check out. We were able to use luggage storage room. The staff gave us a key card to use rooftop area after check out. It is within walking distance of the old town.

Amazing hotel if you're after a relaxing holiday!
Fantastic hotel! Various choices at breakfast. Nice lounge/restaurant area. Wellness centre on rooftop. Gym very basic and limited but equipment in good condition. Nice pool area with amazing views and built in jacuzzis in the swimming pool. Had a full body massage which was superb and use of sauna. Spacious, clean, comfortable room and bathroom with view of city and sea. Service from all staff was great. Only slight negative was location - about 20 minute walk from any beaches and main town.

Visited for a week in September with my fiancé, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent lots of time at the pool, very pleasant bar staff and friendly hotel staff. Would recommend and would stay again! Room was also very clean and the bed was big and comfortable!

Good hotel
This Hotel seems to be an old hotel that has been renovated, and the renovations they’ve done are really nice, we really liked the room the service was really good and the advantage of a rooftop pool / bar area is a great bonus. The pool area doesn’t have many sunbeds so wouldn’t be my reccomendation if you wanted a tanning holiday. We used this as a good base within a 15 minute walk to Old Town, and within an hours drive of Krca National Park. We didn’t end up spending as much time as we would’ve liked to in the hotel but would recommend it if you’re on this kind of budget as it’s good value for money.

Very comfortably hotel ! 15 minutes walk to old town where everything is happening. All staff was so nice and welcoming. We have done multiple hotels in crotia, around 6 so far and this one would be one of the highest rated for us.

Fabulous hotel.
A fabulous hotel with very friendly staff. The rooftop pool is amazing and has amazing views and a beautiful spot to sit in the evening and watch the sunset. Beds are very comfortable and very large too. A little bit out from the marina but we used uber all the time and it's only around €2 into the main spot diocletian Palace. The fat boar just across the road does a fantastic burger and philly cheese steak and the staff here are brilliant also. Would definitely recommend dioklecijan Hotel.
