You'll enjoy being in this comfortable air-conditioned apartment on the 11th floor in a residential building near center of Split.

It's located in a residential neighbourhood, so you will get a genuine experience of living in Split.

Supermarket is just 2 min walking from the apartment, and shopping mall "Joker" is just 5 minutes walking.

The nearest beach called Prva Voda with lots of natural shade is in the forest park Marjan, just 5 min by car.

Free parking spot can be found in front of the building or in the street where it's located.

Majority of Split attractions are within walking range, making this apartment a great choice for your stay when visiting Split.

Apartment itself consists of the bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom.

Apartment is located 10 min walking to the Diocletian's Palace or just 5 min by bus.

It's the best preserved palace in the world from the Roman times and also just 1 min walking to the Split seafront promenade.

Area where the apartment is located is a residential neighbourhood.

Its position makes it a perfect combination of being close to everything and having your peace when you just want to rest and sleep.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range to virtually everything: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, city seafront... all within 30 minutes walking or 5 min by bus.

Bus station with lots of bus lines to the center is within just two minutes walking.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 5 min by bus or car.

It's possible to find free parking spot right next to the building or within 1-3 minute walking in the nearby streets.

Wonderful Experience. Beautiful place.

This is a really great place! Communication with the host was easy. It was clean and the location was great. It is a 15 - 20 minute walk to a lot of attractions. There are places to eat within a 1 to 3 minute walk and grocery stores the same distance. Extremely pleased with our stay.A little advice: Take some Euros! Most places take credit cards, but some are cash only. Almost everything is closed on Sunday! Check a calendar for any holidays falling during your stay. We encountered two we were not aware of, but were able to adapt.
