This is a lovely place to stay in Split. The owner was friendly and after a quick Split intro then let us just have our space. The room was clean, a perfect size and had the kind of shower you normally only dream about and nevwr get while on holiday. A nice terrace too 😀

This apartment exceeded my expectations even after reading the other great reviews. I loved the area and the courtyard. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. I had a hard time deciding where to stay in Split, but so glad I chose this area. About a 15 minute walk to the bus and ferry. Nevenka was great as well. She had all of the information I needed on Split and even did a load of laundry for me. There were beach towels to use and sunscreen. I cannot think of one thing that was missing. It is a great place to stay.

Best Accomodation in Split!
Nevenka was such a lovey host who met us at 7am once we got off our ferry and allowed us to store luggage. She cleaned the room thoroughly and left a local beer for us to try! The apartment was beautiful, with not a single thing to complain about. Perfect location, air conditioning, a loft, an incredible bathroom and even a mini fridge. Thank you Nevenka for such a wonderful stay in Split!

Nevenka was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Convenient location, close to both pier and old town while not in busy area so that we could have a peaceful sleep. Highly recommend it!

Cute apartment. Very nice owner - goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are happy. Couldnt ask for anything more - exceded all expectations. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Lovely location
The lady who met me at the room was lovely (she even left a cold beer in the fridge) and promptly on time despite only booking the room an hour before, the room was in a great location and the aircon was bliss (just what I needed after a week on boiling hot yacht). The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed to be more of a sofa bed without a proper mattress so wan't the comfiest...

Quiet area
We stayed there only one night, nice and quiet area. Room was ok, with a small kitchenett. Very friendly service, bed was good, small bathroom, even smaller shower. Darker curtains had been nice in rhe morning.

Super séjour! L'établissement est très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et donne de très bon conseils. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Geweldig.
Wij hebben een super prettig verblijf gehad. Alles was netjes. Super goed bed en een heerlijke douche. Mini koelkast, bestek, borden etc aanwezig. De gastvrouw is een schat van een vrouw en super behulpzaam. Heerlijk koud biertje, wijn en omdat het onze honeymoon was een klein flesje champagne om ons huwelijk te vieren en een lekker reepje chocolade stond op ons te wachten bij aankomst in de kamer. Heerlijke airconditioning ( die je ook echt wel nodig hebt bij de hogere temperaturen) we zaten super lokaal paar minuten van de boulevard, het strand, super veel eettentjes en toeristen points om dagjes weg te boeken naar b.v. het eilandje Bol, Hvar of een dagje Bosnië Herzegovina naar Mostar. De blauwe grot of de blue Lagoon voor een lekker dagje zwemmen in de zee. Ook de supermarkt was handig dichtbij. Kortom ik zeg doen!!! Geweldige locatie en een geweldige gastvrouw!

The room is so nice, the bed is so comfortable. The place is only 10 minutes walk from the central bus station and is near from the tourist spots. The owner is so accommodating and friendly.

밤늦게 도착해서 숙소를 찾느라고 헤메다가 체크인 시간인 12시까지 못갈까봐 걱정이 되서 메일을 남겼더니 감사하게도 버스터미널로 마중을 나와주셨다. 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 걸어가도 될만한 위치에 있고, 숙소는 아주 깨끗, 수건 샴푸 컨디셔너 있음~ 대만족! 적극 추천합니다!

Très bel appartement a 100 mètres du centre touristique et du port, dans un endroit très calme avec une belle petite cour intérieure. La propriétaire très sympa et attentive au confort des ses hôtes.

very nice hotel!
Room was really clean and newly renovated (very modern). The host is really nice and helpful, and prepared cold drinks in fridge for us the day we arrived. it was really convenient to go any attractions from here. Stuff cleaned the room and changed new towers everyday. we will choose this place again when we go back to Split in the future!

Really nice stay in Split!
We slept for one night at this hotel. We read the reviews from other guests before booking, others had given much credit to the owner of the hotel for her hospitality, we can’t do anything but agree! Because of a late cancellation of other guests we got the newly renovated room on the upper floor. We got to take a look at one of the rooms downstairs too and both that one and the one we stayed in was really good! Ask the owner anything and we’re sure she’ll help you as she helped us! With both good restaurants and where to find everything in town. We also booked transfer through the hotel and in the morning they followed us to the taxi since the street is to narrow to enter with a car. It’s a little tricky to find the hotel look for number 7 - It’s a bit “uphill” from town. Only good things to say about this stay. /Two Swedes

Really nice place! The room was newly renovated and really clean. Everything worked well with the keys etc. Small minus because it was hard to find at the beginning because there´s no sign outside of the gate.
