"I am very disappointed with my experience at this property. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had to pay a certain amount deposit in order to receive the lockbox code. It was unexpected and was not communicated prior to the check-in, I felt so uncomfortable at the time. The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations, although I chose not to make an issue of it at the time. However, upon check-out, I was advised that only partial amount would be refunded, with the remaining allegedly charged for an “upgrade.” This is extremely concerning, as I never requested or agreed to any upgrade. It is unclear what this charge relates to. Overall, this whole experience made me feel very disappointed and uncomfortable. "

"For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel. "
