Yet another terrific stay.
As always we rate our stays 20 out 10! We can not find any faults. Ellen is a lovely super cheerful lady always laughing! The food is excellent, eggs come from her chickens and ducks. Believe she grows most foods in their garden. A soothing oasis of calm

I can thoroughly recommend this B&B A beautiful house and garden in a wonderfully peaceful area The owners couldn't be more helpful, right down to toiletries and fresh milk in the fridge Excellent breakfast of anything you wish Last but not least, the bed was very comfortable Treat yourself to an excellent B&B

Home from Home
Spent one night here with my family. The property and hoists excided my expectations. On arrival we were meet by the hoist who showed us around. We were fortunate, to be able to book all 3 rooms. They were super clean, environmentally friendly, very comfortable and quite. The lounge was large with a conservatory. There was a fridge in the hallway with a supple of fresh milk and fresh water for us to use. There was a variety of tea and coffee to make in the room and extra in the hallway, if needed. The breakfast was excellent consisting of orange juice, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, jam, toast and of course a cooked English breakfast. We certainly did not leave feeling hungry. Thank you so much for making us welcome. We highly recommend this cottage and will be staying here again in the future.

Lincolnshire Hideaway
Lovely location. Peaceful and quiet, on the outskirts of the village. Ellen and Steve we very welcoming hosts and provided excellent service during our stay. Lovely garden room, comfy bed, great shower in the bathroom!

TITLE - Exceptional - "Solo Traveller"
From the moment I arrived I was extremely impressed with this B&B. Parking was easy and the hall area was very clean and smart. The owner was very attentive and efficient. I was allocated the Willow Room which was very smart, modern, clean and well laid out. I found the room quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the range on offer was good, the breakfast room was clean, bright, and spacious.. I failed to find any negatives about this B&B, it truly was first class and I would definitely use again if in the area.

Excellent B&B
Our stay at White Cottage B&B was excellent. The cottage is tucked away in lovely gardens, our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The owners had gone to a lot of trouble to make sure everywhere was 'Covid Safe' during in this difficult time which was very reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend White Cottage B&B.

The house and accommodation were immaculately decorated and furnished tastefully, with extremely clean comfortable beds . All amenities were available tea and coffee facilities in the room and tv. Spacious triple room and modern bathroom and shower. sensible covid care taken .Extremely pleasant and friendly owners with huge beautiful garden.

Thank you Ellen for the fantastic visit. This was one of the nicest stays we have had. The room was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. Breakfast with home grown fruit, tomatoes and home laid eggs. The children also had a great time and loved chatting with you over breakfast. We genuinely have no negative remarks to say. Everything was well maintained and decorated to feel homely and we were treated like we were welcome. We will be back soon.

From the friendly reception by Ellen, our stay here could not have been better, Immaculately clean, set in extensive well- kept gardens and conveniently located. We stayed 4 nights and found 4 different places to eat within easy reach. The breakfasts always nicely cooked with excellent home made jams and eggs from Ellen's hens, whch we never heard!

A Lovely B&B
Lovely B&B in a very quiet location just off the A16. I stayed in the Woodland Room which was spacious, comfortable and warm (important on a snowy February night) with french doors that opened on to the gorgeous garden. Ellen was lovely - welcoming, friendly and attentive without ever being overbearing. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious and there are cereals, fruits, yoghurts etc. for those who don't want a full English every day. I loved the little extras, like the soup packets and crackers in the hall for late arrivals, the fridge with fresh milk and bottled water and the delicious lemon drizzle cake which accompanied the usual tea/coffee/biscuits in the room. There's also a very nice lounge area with woodburning stove and TV. Free WiFi worked perfectly. Just one tip - if you can't find the toiletries, have a look in the bathroom cupboard! I'll definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area and would recommend it if you want a peaceful base for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast.

Great stay.
Was in a lovely location, close to a busy main road but you wouldn’t know it as it was so quiet, lovely host Ellen very attentive to your requirements and made you so welcome. Breakfast was excellent and I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Great little B&B well worth a visit
They thought of everything, our room which had a double and single bed, even had a box of books and toys for young children. Our room was light and airy and a lot larger than I had expected. There where great views over the garden. The bathroom was also quite large with a good sized shower and a separate bath. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice which you selected the evening before. The hosts where very friendly and helpful. My wife was very impressed with all the little details.
